The Buck Spur | A Cozy Cottage close to Sandpoint & Silverwood

Welcome to"The Buck Spur", a fully updated cottage on 1.25 peaceful acres. We are just 10 minutes from Downtown Sandpoint, the Sandpoint City Beach, and 30 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park. The Buck Spur has a warm, cozy, inviting feel with a wraparound front porch, a gorgeous kitchen with Quartz countertops and Stainless appliances, along with the most comfortable of beds. We do have a fire pit so sit around and enjoy a cold one and or smores with the kids after your full day of adventure!

Charming and cozy

Loved this sweet mountain getaway. Great hosts, perfect house for our time at wedding in Sandpoint. Perfect distance to town perfect amount of private country time to rest and relax. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Place to stay near Mirror Lake

Wonderful location near Mirror Lake for those that want to be near the outdoors, but not camp. Stayed with my Mom, sister, son and dog. Perfect for together time, lovely property with everything you need.

Why they chose this property

The Buck Spur is an awesome little cottage. It sits on 1.25 acres, in the rural community of Sagle Idaho, but in just 10 minutes you can find yourself in the hustle and bustle of Downtown Sandpoint, including the city beach on the shores of Majestic Lake Pend Oreille. As for the cottage goes there's plenty to do if you would just like to relax at the home. We have a fire pit, huge yard, covered wrap around porch, A/C and heat is provided by our mini split system. Both bedrooms are setup in a loft setting up the spiral staircase to the memory foam king bed, queen bed, and twin daybed with the pull out trundle. We truly aimed at making this home an experience for guests!

On over an acre of land with a rural setting, but just minutes to stores, shopping, restaurants, and the lake!
