This was a nice condo, two nice large bedrooms both with bathrooms and comfortable beds! There were a lot of little extras that make a stay more comfortable. The location was great, a short walk to town and a short drive to Mount Baldhead and Saugatuck Dunes State Park. Communication and info provided was great Would stay again!

This property is great, especially the the view of the water and walking proximity to town. Everything was very clean and the property is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay – toiletries, robes, eye mask, sound machine, chargers, etc. The owner is very responsive and sent a comprehensive list of things to do. We will definitely be back!

Great location

We were in town for a wedding. Property was perfectly located just a few walkable blocks from downtown and a 5 minute drive from the venue. Beautiful view of the lake and marina.

Very nice rental. Bedrooms and beds were great. It was very clean. Nice location easily walkable to downtown. Only suggestion would be more bath towels and cloths provided for the bathroom as well as the kitchen. We had one bath towel per person for the week and the kitchen towels were not very absorbent.

Perfect Saugatuck dwelling.

What's not to like about a condo with a lovely view that's extremely clean and comfy, and walking distance to town? Everything you could need for a wonderful stay is here, and communication with the owner is excellent. This condo is a gem.

The property was good. Well equipped with essentials, although could use more than one set of towels/washcloths. The pictures make it look bigger than it is, although it was fine. I liked that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the condo.GREAT water view! It was quiet, I'm sure because of the time of year. There could be more lighting in the bedrooms and living area (e.g. lamps on nightstands, floor lamps by coffee table)I would stay here again, for sure!!!

Great Location! Great Host!

Came in for the weekend to checkout the area for my daughters up coming wedding. The house was clean, had the little touches that made you feel special (like small items you forgot... q-tips lol). Perfect location for getting everywhere, you literally can walk everywhere. We will becoming back next year and plan to rent the same house again!!

Girls Weekend

Great location! Short walk to shops, restaurants, etc.. Very clean and spacious enough for 3 girls to get ready. Full kitchen equiped with everything you may need. Parking availabile for 2 cars which is a great bonus. Excellent communication. We had a question during our stay and they were very speedy with the response/resolution. The owners go put of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Ultra Clean, comfortable, and good location

Beautiful and very comfortable place to stay. I was super impressed at how impeccably clean it was. I also loved the layout/set up of the rooms since I went with friends. They supply useful things you may need (I ended up using an ice pack from the freezer). The only tricky thing was opening/locking the door. This place is a 5 minute walk to the heart of Saugatuck which made it easy to explore. There is so much to do in this area! I would definitely come back here.

Perfect Place

The property, which you cannot fully view from the street, was a gorgeous surprise as it rests feet from the water. The rooms were huge and clean, and each had their own bathroom. There was a third powder room off of the kitchen. I was happy to see there were new toothbrushes ans toothpaste, because I had forgotten that one essential! The owner was responsive to our questions and I would stay there again. It was a perfect getaway for my friend and me.

Quite Retreat.

Very clean, which is very important to us. Right on the water. Close to downtown shops and restaurants. We walked downtown more than once. Well stocked in the kitchen. If needed extra towels or blankets they were brought to you quickly. Beds comfortable. The only downside was it needed updating, especially the couches. We still had a great time and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Great place with a couple flaws.

Great location. Attentive and communicative host. Tastefully decorated unit with everything we needed during our stay. Noises from the unit above, if also occupied during your visit, may be an issue for you as it was for us during our stay. Learning how to operate the door lock was something we struggled with as well. Had we needed to make a quick exit in the middle of the night, I shudder to think of the ramifications of having a lock that seemed to require a safe-crackers finesse to operate.
