THE COMFORTABLY FURNISHED LIVING AREA WITH THE LARGE SLEEPING SOFA (1.40x1.95m), THE LARGE TELEVISION AND THE AIR CONDITIONING INVITES YOU TO RELAX AND RELAX. AND FROM THE DINING AREA YOU HAVE A RELAXED VIEW OF THE COMMUNITY GARDEN AND OF THE BEACH AND SEA. THE KITCHEN IS EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY FOR 2-4 PEOPLE. THE BATHROOM HAS A LARGE SHOWER AND ALSO OFFERS Sufficient SPACE TO KEEP YOU IN THE WAY.
THE BEDROOM HAS A BED WITH 1.60M WIDTH (2 MATTRESSES) AND A SLIDING CABINET WITH ENOUGH SPACE FOR YOUR HOLIDAY CLOTHES. AN AIR CONDITIONING IS ALSO INSTALLED HERE TO HAVE A RELAXED INDOOR CLIMATE IN SUMMER AND WINTER.
THE COMMUNITY POOL IS DIRECTLY BEHIND THE FLAT AND THE PROMENADE AND THE BEACH ON A GOOD WALKING TRAIL IN 150M.
THE PROMENADE HAS A LOT OF COZY RESTAURANTS, BARS AND CAFES THAT OFFER A WIDE RANGE OF FOOD.
THE SUPERMARKETS ALDI AND LIDL ARE ALSO IMMEDIATELY CLOSE AND THE SUPERMARKETS SUPERSOL AND MERCADONA ARE ALSO RIGHT TO EASILY ACCESS. VERY CLOSE TO THE MAIN BUS STATION TO COME WITHOUT CAR EXCURSIONS.
