Luxurious Legacy Golf Course Home!
Rest and relaxation await you in this gated community at the Fairways of Legacy Golf Course. The golf course is right in your back yard in this beautiful 3100 sq. ft. pool and spa home. (There is an additional fee for heating the pool during the months of November thru May). This home features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The home can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. For your enjoyment you will find a Smart-TV in every room. There are three separate living spaces, including family room and upstairs loft. Billiards and ping pong tables, along with board games are available for your entertainment. The covered patio is equipped with a gas grill, mini fridge and seating for guests. The master suite balcony overlooks the pool, spa, and golf course! The home is located nearest the 6th hole at the Legacy Golf Course - however there are no golf course privileges with the home.
This great property is minutes to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and all of the ballparks!

1. Fee for pool is $250 per week during months of November thru May. Please contact host for prorated fees beyond a one week stay. A separate Zelle or Venmo request will be sent for payment. Fees are not prorated for shorter stays.
2. Please note that the pool and spa have an auto cleaning and filtering function so you may hear them turn on and off at their programmed time.
3. Our gated community homeowner's association requires designated outdoor "quiet hours" to begin at 10:00pm. All pool functions, pool lights and spa turn off at 10:00pm until 6am the next morning. We ask that you respect this rule and our neighbors.
4. The use of the fire pits is allowed, but guests are required to turn them off if they're unattended and/or during quiet hours.
5. Security cameras are at the back and side of the property and are within sight of pool and and hot tub. Locations of security cameras are as follows:
1. The driveway
2. The front door
3. The side gate
4. The backyard has two cameras that cover the pool and spa.
5. The Patio
6. Pool service provider is on the property on Monday at various times. Gardener comes once a month on various dates.
7. "This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195 (c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is STR- 2024-001976."

My wife and I recently purchased this home and have put it on the market for others to enjoy. Our first home is Southern California where we have lived for 27 years. I currently play baseball in the adult recreation league and Phoenix is the host of the annual World Series. For this reason we spend the month of October and the first week in November in our Phoenix home. We are both former high school and elementary school principals and take much pride in our work as well as our homes.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood as we have found it to be completely safe and the neighbors are very friendly. The first thing we noticed was when we received a friendly wave from every car that passed us in the neighborhood. Additionally we appreciated the proximity of the supermarket, restaurants and the Esporta Gym. We were also surprised by the delicious lunch that we enjoyed at the Legacy Golf Course Clubhouse. We love to walk and every morning we would encounter people walking their babies in strollers or walking their dogs that were always leashed. A few cyclists also encouraged us to take out our bikes to ride around the neighborhood , riding while watching the golfers out on the beautiful greens enjoying the sunshine.
What makes this property unique
You will love our home for the beautiful view, pool and spa! The extra bedrooms allow us to invite guests to stay with us. The ping pong table and billiards table make it extra fun. The kitchen is fully stocked with the necessities to cook up a gourmet meal. We also love the safety of the gated community and the friendliness of all of our neighbors. Lastly we appreciate the cleanliness of the community, the nearby shopping, and the ton of activities nearby such as salt water rafting, hiking, and golf.
