The Space:

★ MAIN LEVEL 🏡🔥



Upon arrival, you’ll climb a few steps to enter View-topia. Inside, you’re greeted by a spacious living area featuring a 70” Smart HDTV 📺 above an electric fireplace, a leather sleeper sofa, and a leather loveseat for cozy comfort.



The floor-to-ceiling glass windows showcase panoramic mountain views, and the 12-foot double sliding doors open onto a large wrap-around deck 🌅.



🍳 The fully equipped kitchen features sleek black stainless steel appliances — perfect for cooking your favorite meals with a view.



★ DECK 🌲🫧🔥

Enjoy sunrises, sunsets, or stargazing from the hot tub 🫧 or relax on poly wood furniture while taking in the stunning Mt. LeConte views.



🔥 A gas fire pit and BBQ grill make outdoor living a joy (propane tanks provided for guests to fill as needed).

🐶 The fenced deck lets your furry friends safely join you in taking in the mountain air and scenery.

- You will have to go down steps to access View-Topia



The Neighborhood:

The View-Topia is less than 4 miles from Dollywood (you can hear the train from the cabin deck). 5 miles from Pigeon Forge 10 miles from Gatlinburg and The Great Smoky Mountain Park.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around is a car. Uber/Lyft and local taxi service are available during certain hours.



Other Things to Note:

***★ PET POLICY★***

We welcome your furry friends to our pet-friendly cabin. We adore cats and we are cat parents ourselves, but cats are not permitted in the cabin - we want to ensure that guests who have cat allergies can continue to enjoy it.



$95 fee PER PET up to two dogs (but we do make exception case by case). We welcome dogs of any size but must be potty-trained and crate-trained. Pets must be approved in advance. Your pet fee is due 48 hours before check in. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.



If View-topia is damaged by your dog, which would include excessive amounts of shedding, furniture that has been chewed on, mud from their feet or unexpected surprises, including fleas, or urine/feces, you will be notified and charged for the excessive wear. You can control this by cleaning up after your dog and ensuring that they do not damage the furnitures.
