Everything was exactly as described and perfect for what we needed. The only small issue was a musty smell we noticed right when entering. It stayed in all of our belongings even after we got home.

We stayed here Monday through Friday during Marine Corps graduation week and had a wonderful experience. The price was very reasonable, especially for the location. The house is only about 6–9 minutes from the base, making it incredibly convenient for graduation events. It’s also close to restaurants, stores, and other businesses. We used DoorDash several times during our stay with no issues.I also wanted to address some of the reviews mentioning an odor. Because this is a hot, humid coastal area, there can be a slight moisture-related smell that’s more noticeable if you’re not from this type of climate. It wasn’t overpowering, it didn’t bother us, and none of our belongings retained any odor.We came to celebrate our Marine’s graduation. While we didn’t receive the special acknowledgment that some previous guests mentioned, the hosts were very accommodating when we requested a late checkout in case our Marine wanted to shower before we left town. We really appreciated their flexibility.One thing future guests should know is that the bikes are no longer available at the property. There are still helmets if you choose to bring your own bikes.Overall, this was a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced place to stay in a great location, and we would happily stay here again.

Great Location

Went for a girls' trip for Spring Break and had a great stay! The house had everything we needed and was close to downtown Beaufort and the beach. We really appreciated the pass to Hunting Island. We would definitely stay there again!

We absolutely loved it ! It was clean and super cute !! The bed was comfortable the kitchen was stocked well. The privacy of the backyard was very nice also . I would highly recommend staying here !

Enjoyed our stay

Very comfortable, quiet house that suited us perfectly. Has everything you need. Comfy bed, modern kitchen, nice couch and lots of TV services. We even rode the bikes one day.

Not what I filtered the application for.

Place was quaint and clean. Close to Parris Island, perfect for a Marine Graduation only. I filtered in VRBO app for Hot Tub/Spa Tub and on the water plus close to Parris Island. Hit 1 out 4. No hot tub, spa tub and far from on the water. Host was great to answer questions but referred to VRBO in fault of description. Rules, one was NO GLASS bottles outside. Scanning the yard, I found broken glass all near the fire pit. Brought this to attention to Host as well. Was not even offered a discount of any sort. Again, quaint for few individuals only for Marine Graduation.

For a more accurate review of my hosting style and home comfort please see the other 100+ 5 star reviews of my home on VRBO and Airbnb. There were no photos or descriptions of a water view or a hot tub-there are no homes in the area with these amenities. Unfortunately an error in VRBO's search algorithm for amenities led to a frustrated guest at no fault of the owner.

Marine’s Graduation

Listen….this place really exceeded my expectations. My family and I were more than amazed at this place. From the appearance outside we knew we were going to be comfortable here. That red door made us feel like we were on red carpet. As we entered there was the scent of fresh paint, it was bearable an we understood this was new on the market. We also had an issue with the AC not cooling. But I can tell you, trust me when I say Allie was the best host there is. The minute I contacted her about the AC she responded to me within less than 2 minutes. She assured me that someone will be there within 30 minutes to an hour but to our surprise they came within 15 minutes. It took them a few minutes and shortly after they left we felt a big difference in the air. We were more than amazed, like unbelievable. Not to mention the apologies I’ve received and we had a special treat delivered to us. This place was well equipped with everything one would need and more. Lots of space to accommodate my party of five. They even have items an infant would need. Super clean two bedroom 1 bath. We were there for my son’s graduation and listen…only 8 minutes away from Parris Island. Every store, food chain, gas, everything is with 15 minutes. This place has a beautiful backyard with fire pit and seatings around it bicycles for 3, a deck out back that’s equipped with a grill and patio set with umbrella. This is the perfect place for any occasion stay in that area. And again I can’t stress how awesome Our Host Allie is. She made sure our stay had no hiccups and she responds in a jiffy. I highly recommend the place to everyone. My family and I fell in love with this place. And not to mention at time of check out, we were running late getting off the base due to my son having to get his last bag and traffic. I contacted Allie to let her know, she replied quickly assuring us of her understanding and for us not to worry. Some of my family met Allie and they spoke highly of her for I was not available to meet her at the time. We love Her and her place. We will be back Allie oxox…
