Tucked in a peaceful neighborhood, this two-story townhome pairs scenic golf course views right outside your back door with the convenience of modern amenities. Start your day with a workout in the on-site fitness center or a morning tee time at the on-site golf course. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

At home, you'll find plenty of space to unwind with your group. Sip refreshing beverages on the balcony, which boasts golf course views, a four-person table, and a gas grill. Inside, relax in the living area and stream favorite TV shows or play a board game at the dining table that seats six. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a bar that seats four, the modern kitchen features everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Central AC adds comfort throughout the space.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
