The living room is equipped with a cozy gas log fireplace and queen size sleeper sofa.
We have a water filtration system, comfortable mattresses, high quality living room furniture and dining room table with seating for 6.

The hot tub has a cover lifter and sturdy steps for easy access and easy use.

Everything is on one level so there are no big staircases to climb.

This is a great family getaway! Suitable for family members of all ages!

We provide bed, bath, and kitchen linens, beach towels, pillows, comforter for each bed, extra blankets, luggage rack for each bedroom, starter pack of toilet paper for both bathrooms, starter pack of paper towels, hand soaps, starter kit of coffee pods and teas, a couple trash can liners, and a starter pack of dishwasher and laundry soaps.

For additional household supplies and groceries, Food City grocery store is just 2.5 miles away and Walmart is 5.5 miles away.

Important notes: There is a fair amount of parking available. However, there is limited space to turn around a vehicle towing a trailer. Also, the back yard is very steep – not a great play area but a great view from back deck.

Guests are required to sign a renter agreement and provide a $300 security deposit (hold). The hold will be released a few days after your departure. Primary renter is required to be at least 22 years of age.

UP TO 2 DOGS ARE ALLOWED PER STAY, but you must select pets at the time of booking. The pet fee will automatically be included in the fees listed (host fees). If this is not selected at the time of booking, there will be an additional $125 pet fee charged. Additional dogs may be considered, on a case by case basis. If approved, an extra fee will apply. Guests must clean up after their dogs in the yard and neighborhood.

Rocky Top Escape is located VERY close (1 mile) to the main entrance to Dollywood and Splash Country. It's also convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg; both are just minutes away!
