This home has almost 3000 sq. ft. of living space, a large bar room with a pool table, chalk wall, arcade games and everything you need for your trip! Large two-tiered deck attached to the home with a fire pit and patio furniture which is perfect for any season! Come and enjoy some modern features while staying near popular tourist attractions! This home is conveniently located only 20 minutes away from the National Harbor, Tanger Outlets and Washington DC.

Plenty of wash cloths and towels in the house for the entire group and the kitchen comes fully stocked with kitchen equipment and cooking necessities.
This home has 4 bedrooms with 2 full baths, with 6 bed sleeping options if necessary (up to 12 guests).
