Perfect Phoenix location
We enjoyed our stay at this house. The pool was lovely, clean and perfect for swimmers who like to do laps. The owner also provided some inflated swim loungers which was very nice. The house was good set up for our group which was a family with two adult children. We did have some plumbing issues, but the owner stayed in contact to try to resolve the issue. The location is perfect for Phoenix; quickly accessible to all areas although you need a car when you stay anywhere in Phoenix.

Great stay and location
Great stay with my husband and sister-in-law. The house was very clean/spacious and check-in/communication was simple. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and central location!

Convenient (but not too close) access to major freeways and just a few minutes from Phoenix Mountain Preserve for great hiking/biking trails. Multiple public up-scale golf courses within 5-10 minutes.
