Charming Stay in a Small Town

We stayed here for my significant other's birthday getaway as she wanted peace and quiet. The home is well appointed, comfortable, and very charming. We enjoyed having a full kitchen to prepare meals, an outdoor grill, a nice sized master bathroom, and private hot tub. Our pup enjoyed the provided dog bed and fenced in backyard. We all enjoyed the park across the street.Overall everyone enjoyed their time here at this peaceful retreat and we will definitely be returning.

Never used the hot tub or even the basement area we only used for storage and shower. The side door never accepted the code so only used the front door. Kitchen was well stocked but only used it a couple of times. We used the house for more of a base to go places. Nice location, safe and quiet.

Family Visit

We had a small family reunion and our stay here in Windsor was perfect for us. The listing was accurate and pictures were exactly as presented. It was an unusually hot weekend and the air conditioner worked very well! Communications with Jill was easy and she always responded within the hour. Beautiful park across the street with pickleball courts! Food delivery services are available if no car. Felt very safe in the older neighborhood. We will stay here on our next family visit!

Unfortunately we had some issues. The Home is cozy and charming however it smells so strongly of cat, cat litter, and in places cat pee. There are cat scratches on the furniture (no big) and a cat hole cutout in the locked basement room - they should disclose that a cat lives there between rentals- some people are allergic or highly sensitive. The smell was quite awful. We arrived to a full trash receptacle and the message on Vrbo and what’s written in the binder in the house said different things and we missed trash day which was unfortunate given we had 7 nights and a little one in diapers. There was also a maintenance issue that I asked to be called to schedule repair for as my kids would be alone with our babysitter and the pups that day etc etc and they showed up for the repair instead. I just feel strongly that that should have been honored for our comfort level. Other than that, the location is great the park and playground across the street are great. The neighborhood is quiet and full of kind people and lots of kids. The home is well stocked. We were here due to a temporary gap in housing after selling our home and the new home not being ready so we had to work and get through all the regular things in life but we enjoyed our daily walks and playground plays. The private backyard was nice especially with pups.

Wonderful House!

This house is beautifully decorated with soothing natural colors and beautiful artwork. The location is excellent if you're looking for some place quiet but near to other communities. You have the benefits of a small town feel with larger communities (and stores) nearby. Be sure to visit the Loveland Sculpture Gardens! Also make a trip to the Bottled Olive for balsamic and olive oil. Great for foodies! The management company is very efficient and friendly. I can't wait to return!

Windsor

Fabulous!! If we ever need to stay up there again this will be our go to. Was very pleased with the amount of dishes, appliances, and utensils. I did all the cooking of meals so that was nice. I won't need to bring all my stuff with me next time. Hot tub was wonderful and loved having a fireplace for ambiance. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Thank you so much!!
