Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem 2004 erbauten Apartementhaus und ist im typischen Landesstil eingerichtet. Das Grundstück liegt am Ortsrand. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Meer und der sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliege, Gartendusche, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse und Gartenmöbel.
