Holiday house "Am Park"

location

Our house can accommodate 2 - 4 people. It is located on the edge of the beautiful Dübener Heide, in the district of North Saxony, in the municipality of Löbnitz.

The municipality of Löbnitz is located directly on the Seelhausen Lake, which is ideal for cycling and hiking tours. The Bitterfeld Goitzschesee is also worth a bike tour. This connects directly to our Seelhausen Lake.

Trips to Leipzig 35 km, Wittenberg 50 km, Dessau 40 km, Dresden 130 km and Berlin 160 km are also recommended. Löbnitz is a very central starting point for interesting day trips.


Furnishing

Enjoy your vacation in our unique holiday home. You can relax in our 90 sqm holiday home on two levels, which you can rent all year round.

On the upper floor you will find a large living room with a living and sofa bed. The highlight is our combination sauna (Finnish sauna / steam bath). The sauna and the shower area with a hot / cold water shower, splash shower cold, and a washstand with illuminated mirror cabinet are also on the upper floor. You can relax in the sauna, take a shower and relax and relax on the living and sofa bed with a book, music or TV. The two toilets are on the ground floor.

The entrance area with cloakroom and an inviting bar is on the lower floor. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 140 x 200 cm. In the rear area you will find our modern kitchen with fridge (freezer included), electric cooker and four-zone ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A table with four chairs offers space for cozy meals. There is underfloor heating throughout the house and all floors are tiled. 

Final cleaning, towels and bed linen are included in the price !!!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Rene war super schnell, freundlich und völlig unkompliziert – so wünscht man sich das.Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man braucht, sodass es einem an nichts fehlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauna, die perfekt zur Entspannung beiträgt und den Aufenthalt nochmal aufwertet.Auch die Lage ist sehr schön und trägt zur positiven Gesamtatmosphäre bei. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich top – wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Sauna war super, die Vermieter wirklich sehr nett und alles war sauber und gemütlich. Ein paar mehr Fenster wären schön, aber das gibt der Gesamtschnitt nicht her. Also insgesamt top und eine klare Empfehlung!
