Der gemütliche neu renovierte Wohnbereich mit Fernseher, Schafcouch und Essecke lädt zum Entspannen in familiärerer Atmosphäre ein. Die gut ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen mit Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Eierkocher und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über 2 Doppelzimmer mit Boxspringbetten die gerne für Sie getrennt werden können und ein Schlafraum mit einem Boxspringbett. Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche und WC rundet das Gesamtbild der Wohnung ab. Zudem ist ein separates WC vorhanden. Gerne stellen wir Ihnen Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung. Der Parkplatz und das WLAN können kostenfrei genutzt werden.

Riesige Wohnung mit Blick auf die Naab

Wir waren zur Prüfungsvorbereitung in der sehr geräumigen Wohnung. Die freundlichen Gastgeber haben uns sehr gut Empfangen, man hat sich sofort wie daheim gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet.

FeWo Bartelshof

Der Bartelshof liegt direkt an der Naab. Somit hatten wir vom Schlafzimmer im 1. OG einen sehr schönen direkten Blick auf den Fluss, Enten, Reiher und sonstiges Getier. Die Wohnung war in einem erstklassigen und sauberen Zustand und schön groß. Mit getrennten Schlafzimmern und 2 WCs, sowie einer Ausstattung die nichts vermissen ließ, haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Im Außengelände sind Grillplatz, einige Tiere (na klar, Bauernhof) und Parkplätze mit Carport vorhanden. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die herzlichen und supernetten Vermieter. Alles organisatorische lief einwandfrei. Die Gegend ist sehr gut zum Radfahren und Angeln (Ruderboot) geeignet. Für Ausflüge in den Bayerischen Wald oder nach Tschechien liegt Burglengenfeld (ein paar Autominuten vom Bartelshof entfernt) perfekt. Regensburg ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ganz liebe Grüße Ute und Guido Demberg
