It was a lovely stay for our birthdays but we were disappointed to see that there was no grill to BBQ on when stated on the amenities. The views and ocean breeze was exactly what we had hoped. Thank you.

Hi Debbie, We recently added a BBQ to the property. It is shared with our neighboring unit, so we move it between the two properties as needed. If you had let us know before your arrival that you wanted to use the BBQ, we would have moved it over for your stay. Apologies for the confusion.

The rental was very clean and comfortable. We had great views from the balcony. We sat outside watching the World Cup. The kitchen had all the essentials that we needed. Overall a great stay.

I enjoyed my birthday at this Malibu location. The views were amazing. The house was well decorated and cozy! The beds were very comfortable and the towels were fluffy! I will definitely be making a return visit in the very near future.

Our stay with Oraklus Rental Properties was absolutely incredible—the long balcony with the beach view and the extremely open layout made the space feel luxurious and relaxing. Everything was spotless, and the plants paired with the warm golden lighting created the most beautiful, aesthetic ambiance. Incredible view!! We came to LA to do a few touristy things and decided to cancel everything just to stay here and enjoy the view. Our only complaint was that there was no access to the beach. But if we really wanted to, I'm sure we could have found a way. Over all, it was an incredible memory
