Keine Backmöglichkeit

Am Anreisetag hab ich gemeldet, dass die Mikrowelle/Backofen Kombigrill nicht funkzioniert. In 7 Tagen ist niemand aufgetaucht, dies zu prüfen. Die Küchenutensilien waren noch mit ölig und hatten Essensreste drin - die vorherige Endreinigung ist wohl sehr überflächlig gewesen. Wasser im Pool war kalt (22-23C). Kein Ball im Töggelikasten. Wenn gemeldet, schrieb mir den Hauswart zurück, dass "die Leute die Bälle als Souvenir mit nach Hause nehmen"... ??
