Turn key fully furnished single family home with a fully fenced private backyard.
Tastefully decorated spacious 3/2 home with vaulted ceilings, formal living room, dining area, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, porcelain tile throughout the living space.

SO CLOSE to the horse show grounds, both of them. You can bike, walk, scooter, golf cart etc making this the perfect home for riders or staff. This house was fully remodeled in late 2021, the house itself has new floors, paint, fixtures, bathrooms and kitchen. There is a private fenced sitting area in the back, a 1 car garage , and parking for 2 vehicles.

Shopping, restaurants, hospital, Polo Club, Equestrian Center within minutes, property available for seasonal rental October 01 - May 31.

Wellington is regarded as one of the most successfully crafted communities in Palm Beach County, it is the premier South Florida community known for its abundant parks, quality schools, attractive neighborhoods and equestrian interests. This home is located in the heart of Wellington, very close to equestrian show grounds.

What makes this property unique

Today Wellington is recognized as the winter equestrian capital of the world. This home is very close to the horse show grounds, both of them. You can bike, walk, scooter, golf cart etc making this the perfect home for riders or staff. This house was fully remodeled in late 2021, the house itself has new floors, paint, fixtures, bathrooms and kitchen.
