Very pleasant, nice view, peaceful.
Wished the bedroom TV worked. Outside, porch lights didn't work, also a problem with the coffee maker but overall a pleasant experience.
The place was perfect for two of us, close to everything, enjoyed it very much until the last day when the AC went out, the inside temperature shot up to 88, 89 degrees and we were not able to get a hold of our host (still have not heard a word a week later) I tried several times to contact her without any response, my last message I sent was letting her know that it was 89 degrees in the house and we were not staying overnight without AC and we needed to be compensated, again still have not heard anything.
Too many steps for seniors; not told about, broiler did not work, only streaming TV (if informed would have brought ROKU), TV in bedroom; remote or TV did not wog coffee pot; ONLY worked with one refillable pod; again if told would have brought coffee pot, lock needs replaced; very hard to maneuver. Was told could not have dog over 40 lbs.; first people downstairs had two golden retrievers. A lot more small issues but these were the most frustrating. The place was very nice otherwise.🤔
Cute little spot. Wish I’d been warned about the coffee maker. Ha. No biggie. But left a nightshirt and have tried to reach Beth but she hasn’t gotten back to me. She sure was quick to try and collect the additional fees for the dogs. Fortunately we found a dog sitter and we’re able to leave them at home.
