The guesthouse and location were perfect for our stay in the area. The place was clean and has a nice view. There was a handwritten note from the owners when we arrived, and they had dog bowls for our pups as well as a dog bed.

Beautiful views and property

Enjoyed our quick getaway in this beautiful location. Wonderful views up and down and Collegiate Range. Great property,it had everything we needed. Clean and modern, we will stay here again!

The perfect getaway

The host went above and beyond shoveling our stairs and a walkway for us. The property was extremely clean and stocked with basic essentials. Absolutely would stay again.

Tomas' guest suite was perfect for our quick weekend getaway. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with great views. It's cozy, clean, and private.

Cozy little place

Cozy little place with great views! Even though it was cold outside, inside was comfy, cozy. The only thing lacking was maybe a couple kitchen things (measuring cups/spoons, a baking sheet), but overall, this is a great place to stay. Communication with the host was great.

Clean and Spacious

This was a clean and comfortable apartment ADU unit above the homeowner’s garage. It’s just a few minutes to downtown, near the airport. The view of Mount Princeton from the front of the apartment is spectacular. BV is our go-two place for long weekend mountain getaways.

Perfect Getaway

This stay was perfect. The rental exceeded my expectations - much larger than I expected, super clean, lovely porch, amenities, location and did I mention it's spacious? Tomas is incredibly responsive and helpful.Enjoyed skiing Breckenridge and Keystone, hiking along the river in BV and eating some great food. I plan to return for a solo trip to the hot springs or with my husband, kids and dog!

Awesome Host and Home

Truly enjoyed our stay. Home was impeccably clean, had everything we needed. Futons and air mattress were great for accommodating 3 kids ages 10, 13 and 15. Host and family were very nice and accommodating. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the area!

Quick trip

Was nice. Perfect for 2. The futons on not the comfiest but it was good for a night. Very clean. Only thing I would suggest is putting a tv in the front room area. Other then that place was quiet and comfy besides the futon for the teenage kids.

Fantastic, forget the local hotels!

This property was a surprise at how great it was! It was so clean, spacious, and had excellent mountain views. We also had our infant with us, and it was safe enough to crawl around without having to worry. The bed was so comfortable too!If this helps any potential visitors, we stayed at Surf Hotel the night before, and the Surf Hotel rooms are always a disappointment with a high price tag. We were so thankful to stay at this VRBO and have a great experience, good sleep, and a quiet neighborhood to enjoy our final night in BV.We will totally be returning for future visits!

Beautiful Getaway

This was the perfect spot for two of us to stay for a long wedding weekend. The owner is easy to get in touch with and made us feel very comfortable. The apartment is lovely and is located just a short drive from downtown and has a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Wonderful mountain stay

The place very clean and had everything we needed. The pictures do not do it justice, the almost 360 views are breathtaking especially the view of Mt. Princeton from the front door! The hosts are very kind and responsive. It was nice to also get discounted day passes to the Princeton hot springs. If I’m in the area again, I will definitely be staying here!!

Beautiful View

This property was absolutely perfect! We were super comfortable and grateful that our hosts, Tomas and Eva, allowed us the opportunity to stay for only one night. We needed a place to be close to the hot springs in the area, and this spot was ideal. In hindsight, we wish we could have stayed longer! The Mt Princeton hot springs were so enjoyable, and the discounted passes the hosts provided saved us $20. Thanks so much for a wonderful home away from home.

Perfect spot central to many activities!

No matter what adventure brings you to the area, this 1bd/1ba 2nd floor apartment is definitely worth a look! The interior is wonderful. Warm and very cozy. It was very kind of the owners to leave things such as spices, coffee and hot tea in the kitchen, as well as a personalized welcome note with chocolate :) and as always, pictures never do these peaks justice so book your stay here and see them in full glory for yourself!

Nicest Cottage in BV

The list of accolades is long for this cottage. The place was spotlessly clean. I especially loved the spare feel, not filled with random decor that is in the way, easily broken, or just overall too much stuff. Light and bright. Easy to clean wood floors, the whitest, freshest linens. The view from the deck to Mt. Princeton was perfect - we loved watching the sunrise and having coffee. The neighborhood is in a newer part of town. Very quiet and personally loved the lack of streetlights so you can really see the stars. Kitchen has just enough stuff unless you plan to do major cooking. Bed is very comfy. Even a bed and treats for our puppy. Host was knowledgeable and super prompt to respond. I hate to recommend because I want to keep this gem to myself. But 5-stars all the way. Thank you Tomas and Eva.
