1400 sf 3 bedrooms in Arnolds Park-King bed<br>This suite is on the 3rd floor and does require a guest to use the steps.

We are excited to offer this new suite at the top of the former 316 building. You will have 2 flights of stairs to get to this unit, but I think you will be very happy.
The master bedroom has a king bed with its own master bathroom and TV
There is a "get ready" area with full length mirrors and plenty of light. This will keep the showers going so you are out on the town quickly.
We have 2 spacious bedrooms with queen beds and all linens are included with the suite.
The living room space is very big with 2 smart tv's. You will be able to watch 2 sporting events at once!!
The kitchen has a normal size refrigerator with stove and all the utensils.
You will receive a code to get into your room 24 hours before check in.

If you have any special requests, let us know.
You are seconds away from the famous Ritz Restaurant and Bar, a scenic walk to the Okoboji Store, look out your window to Okoboji Dough Company and 250 feet to Smiles with Miles.
The parking lot has ample parking space but there is more in the ReMax parking lot just south of us for your trailers and any overflow parking.
We recommend that you bring your bikes so you can enjoy the Dickinson County Spine Trail around the lake, or bring your wagons and scooters for the kids to get around Arnolds Park.
You will receive a code to get in to your room 48 hours before check in.

This property was amazing! Super clean, temperature setting and lighting were perfect, ice ready in the freezer, kid area ready to play, so spacious for my 5 person family! The location was walking distance from a few favorite spots. Communication with Sherri was spectacular, and she checked in to make sure nothing else needed. After we left, she notified us that a personal “blankie” was found which was my 2 year olds. She got it mailed to us with the sweetest letter. Definitely recommend StayBoji and 10/5 stars for Sherri!
