Ranch Indian Springs Available for Weddings and events or just a country getaway. Entire 40 acre private party ranch in Little Tujunga Cyn Sylmar, great for weddings/events/retreats up to 200 guests. The house is great for use during events or for a few party organizers to stay over, however it is very basic. This is mostly a great wedding/event place.

House can be used for small family or group of friends quiet hiking getaway in nature, but it is not luxurious, it is very basic, a little better than camping. There is no electric unless we run generators. This house is mostly used during events but if you just want a get away weekend this is not the best house.

Event/Wedding- tons of outdoor party space, dance patios and stage areas plus house. Private but inside National Forest, rustic nature experience with woods and a stream. Not in a neighborhood, so loud music is ok and can be late night. But still very close to town and freeways, easy to get to.

House has 2 queens and a fold out. It is basic; off the grid on solar/generator and well-water. No TV. Has wifi with generator only. House is really meant for organizers to get ready or sleepover. Or good for hiking nature get aways. Not fancy. 2bed/ 1 bath house: 2 bedroom plus fold out twin and sofa you can use in living room. If you want other guests to sleep over they can camp and bring tents.

Mostly this ranch is great for weddings where guests come for outdoor dinner and dancing and just a few people sleep over. Wilderness feel, but close to town easy to find, 6 mins to freeways & shops.

For weddings, you are welcome to bring your own catering and drinks and decorate how you like. Rental includes time to set up for event and time to clean up the next day.

PRICE - put total number of guests/party attendees as well as any people sleeping over for the price quote (price is based on number of guests whether guests are just attending for the day or sleeping over) this platform goes up to 99 people, message me for larger numbers. Weddings and events start at about 3500 go to about 10k depending on size.

Historic Cecil B DeMille ranch, a private property surrounded by national forest. You are totally alone yet 6 minutes to the freeway. A river runs through. Huge open patio, perfect for weddings and events up to 200 people. Organizers can sleep in the house. Massive space for guests to camp. If you are looking for a wedding or event please contact me. You are welcome to come look before you book, especially recommended if you are doing an event.

What makes this property unique

This is a massive ranch that is private and secluded, great for events. Close to down town LA and Hollywood, easy to get to, yet in the National Forest. So 6 minutes from freeways but it feels like the middle of no where with no street lights. Miles of undeveloped National Forest hikes and nature.
