This recently remodeled 1-bedroom ground-level condo is located in the adorable Taft District of Lincoln City. Enjoy ocean views from the large windows, outdoors on the deck, or walk down to the beach in 3 minutes. Walk to great restaurants, brewpubs, food trucks, beaches, tide pools, the bay, shopping, glass blowing, and spa!

Just a short drive away to coastal favorites and attractions including the Lincoln City Casino and Outlets (10min), Depoe Bay (15min), and Newport (30min).

Our small but mighty space is perfect for a couple or small family, and has all of the amenities you would want to relax and unwind after a day of fun and adventuring at the coast!

MAIN ROOM: Open concept living/dining/kitchen with beautiful gas fireplace. Giant windows and sliding glass doors bring in the natural light and ocean views. Sofa in the living room can pull out into a full-size bed for additional sleeping (foam topper and bedding provided). Fully equipped kitchen for culinary nights in.

DECKS: There is a deck off of the main living space and 4 folding chairs provided for you to bring outside and enjoy the sunset.
There is also a larger shared viewing deck with Adirondack chairs and picnic table for your use in the complex.


BEDROOM: Queen bed and additional cot-sized floor mattress (located in closet) if needed. Smart tv in bedroom can extend towards living room for comfortable viewing in either area.

BATHROOM: Full bathroom with walk in shower (no tub) and washer/dryer for your use.

MISC: A selection of games and activities for your entertainment!

Cute little place!

This cute little place was perfect for our honeymoon! Loved that it was a short walk to the beach and had a great view of the ocean from the back windows. Very clean and would definitely stay there again!

This condo won’t disappoint! It is clean, has all the necessities and is in an ideal location (steps to the beach). The host is communicative and accommodating. If you come to Lincoln City with family, friends or even on your own, do stay here!! Thank you for everything.

Nice place

It was a nice place, but it is kind of smaller than I thought, and the beds were hard and when we wanted to settle down to watch tv it's in the bedroom we couldn't watch unless the 3 of us crawled on the bed so need a tv you can actually bring out to watch and sit by the gas fireplace but all in all it was pretty good

We are sorry you felt the space was smaller than you thought. We tried to be very transparent in our listing by including the total square footage and describing it as "small but mighty". We also included in our listing that the TV was in the bedroom but could extend into the living room (it can pull out from the wall). We have over 27 reviews (4.85 stars) on another booking site and this is the first time we have heard the bed was too hard, but we take all feedback seriously so that has been noted. Thank you for your stay, and glad you thought it was a nice place.

It was perfect for the two of us!

The place was immaculate. We got the impression we were the first ones there since the remodel. You could see and hear the ocean all the time. I wouldn’t recommend more than two. For the two of us was perfect!
