The exclusive N & T Design Villa is located at the end of the charming village of Peroj.
It is located within a kilometer of the beach and only 300 meters from the nearest market and restaurants. N & T Design Villa is a perfect haven for pure peace, rest and relaxation.
The interior is spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated. The living room, dining room, kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and one separate bathroom. The bathrooms in the rooms are equipped with a walk in shower. Each room is equipped with air conditioning.
The garden is also spacious and equipped with garden furniture for a baby's playground and a trampoline. N & T Design Villa presents a large 40m2 swimming pool and a whirlpool.
The villa is located in its own large and quiet garden in the charming village of Peroj.
It is located within a kilometer of the beach and only 300 meters from the nearest restaurants and restaurants. Peroj is a charming and quiet village of Southern Istria. The beach is the perfect place to enjoy swimming and relaxation.
Rovinj, Poreč, the historic city of Pula (11 km from Peroj) with its ancient Roman monuments. Moreover, a 15 minute boat ride from Fazana (2 km from Peroj,) will bring you to the National Park of the Brijuni Islands, President Tito's former residence, where he welcomes official international guests and movie stars. A small museum on the main island wants to give you the necessary information from that time.
