Wonderful property.

We spent Thanksgiving with our family and we had an exceptional time. Everything was perfect and we hope that we will have the opportunity to come back - in the summer this time!

We visited from Europe and fhad a beautiful and relaxing holiday at Blake’s property. The house is wonderfully furnished and equipped, modern and very airy and bright. The outdoor area is everything you ever wished for: great pool, outdoor kitchen with dishwasher, outdoor dining area, finnish sauna…We loved the location of the house since it was very quiet and peaceful and still close to the beaches and some nice cities like Amagansett, East Hampton, Montauk.Blake was extremely responsive and helped us with every question we had. Check in was very easy and there was an extensive guide to the house and the neighborhood. We had a wonderful time and if we come back to the Hamptons again we will definitely book Blake’s house.

Beautiful home and stunning back yard!!!

This home is so insanely beautiful and extrememly comfortable! It is so bright and airy, and no expense was spared in updating this home. The backyard/pool area is out of this world! I had booked this for a girls trip - We had so much fun and enjoyed the home so much! Everyone loved their space and we loved using the movie theatre every night as a wind down! Plus the location is fantastic! We were very close to a really quiet and beautiful beach and a short drive to Montauk and East Hampton. Blake was extremely responsive and accomodating to the point of allowing us to check in sooner (as he was going to be there) to give us a tutorial on how everything worked. There are tons of options in the Hamptons but this house blew everything out of the water that I had looked at. It is well priced for everything you get with the home. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I feel I would likely be quite disappointed if I even thought to stay anywhere else! Best vacaion ever!!

The property and outdoor entertaining space were absolutely fantastic, and the home accommodated our group of 11 comfortably. The house has been beautifully renovated both inside and out, and it was clear that a great deal of thought and care went into the design and updates.The only reason I am giving 4 stars for “as described” instead of 5 is that the VRBO listing describes the beach as being within closer distance. While the beach is certainly close by, it is not what most people would consider an easy or practical walk, especially when carrying beach gear. A short drive or bike ride is the most realistic way to get there. Amagansett Beach, the closest beach, was wonderful and well worth the trip.My only other suggestion would be to add window treatments in a few areas. Two of the upstairs bathrooms did not have shades, and although the property is surrounded by trees, one bathroom faces the front yard, making it uncomfortable for guests to use the shower without additional privacy. The main living area also has large uncovered windows, which may be a consideration for guests who prefer more privacy in the evenings.That said, these were relatively minor issues in comparison to everything the property has to offer. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The home is beautiful, spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for larger groups.

Phenomenal Hamptons Getaway

We have rented many properties in different locations and this house stands out on many levels. Extensively and thoughtfully renovated house in a great location - 5 min drive to ocean beaches, 1 min drive (or a short bike) to bay beaches and super convenient to the town of Amagansett. Plenty of space for a large group to spread out. We also loved that the owner didn’t skimp on basic but important things like towels, tissues, proper shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, laundry detergent etc. Those seem small in comparison to the cost of the rental but it’s the convenience that is huge and makes a massive difference when you rent somewhere. Owner was extremely responsive, wrote an extensive guide to the house (and the neighborhood) and was very open to feedback and suggestions. We had a spectacular time and will be coming back next year!
