It was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018.
In the living room there is an open fireplace and a dining area with 4 chairs.
The kitchen has a large table with 8 seats, a dishwasher, oven, gas stove, 2 espresso machines for the gas stove, a fully automatic coffee machine (for whole beans), a milk frother, kettle, toaster, mixer, enough cutlery, cups and plates.
The living area with winter garden is 120 m² and the garden is 1300 m².
Garden furniture and 2 grills are available.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The front garden has not yet been laid out, but there is a large overgrown garden with seating behind the house.

We had a lovely stay. House is clean, nicely decorated and well equipt. Would have loved if there would have been more outside seating areas.

Nice vacation home

Nice, clean and spacious. All important things are there, but it’s a pitty that some minor things are missing, such as simple kitchen tools (no serving spoons, no table mats, insufficient glassware, etc). Really enoying is that the thermostatic tap in the shower is broken and the water temperature needs to be controlled from the boiler in the kitchen. A true pitty is that the garden has never been lanscaped. The view would be stunning if only a few bushes were trimmed and a little lawn was created.

Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit! Das Haus war für uns perfekt, und die Umgebung auch wirklich schön. Vor allem die Ruhe ist einmalig. Wir haben jeden Tag Spaziergänge gemacht, und im Haus uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Küche, Badezimmer/WC, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, alles bestens in Ordnung, und reichlich ausgestattet.

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Es war total ruhig und hundefreundlich. Die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen!Einen Stern Abzug gibt es leider, da der Kamin nicht funktioniert hat (dies wurde uns erst nach der Buchung mitgeteilt) und das warme Wasser der Dusche bestenfalls lauwarm war, obwohl wir uns an die Anweisungen des Gastgebers gehalten haben. Wenn dies behoben wird würden wir jederzeit wieder kommen :-)

Ruimte in het huis is zeker ruim voldoende alleen de ligging, ligt laag daardoor geen uitzicht, en de tuin, wordt van gezegd dat het een natuurlijke tuin is maar ons deed het veel meer aan een niet onderhouden tuin denken.

Sorry, we hebben nergens vermeld dat het huis op de berg ligt en een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei biedt. Het is niet eerlijk om zoiets te bekritiseren.

Maison très agréable pour un weekend entre amis, accès à la maison facile et bon contact avec le propriétaire.Juste dommage que les draps ne soient pas inclus car pas facile d'avoir les bonnes dimensions pour les lits. Et un seul WC dans la salle de bain peut s'avérer compliqué lorsqu'on est 7 personnes.Mais très bon séjour dans l'ensemble je recommande ce logement !

Ruhe und Erholung

Spontan hatten wir uns entschieden mal wieder nach Gönnersdorf zu fahren. Das Haus kannten wir ja bereits. Also Fahrrad aufs Auto und los. Da das Haus gut und komplett eingerichtet ist brauchten wir ja auch nicht viel mitnehmen. Das Wetter spielte mit und wir haben schöne Tage mit Sonne auf der Terasse, schönen Spaziergängen und Radtouren genossen. Gerne immer wieder.

Verblijf was best, jammer dat er geen gebruiksaanwijzing voor oven, vaatwasser,tv en wifi was.... De tuin was echt niet omm aan te zien, met onkruid tot aan je oksels. Huis is verouderd, heeft onderhoud nodig! Prima locatie maar door het hoge onkruid in de tuin en hoge bomen van buren zie je weinig van omgeving. Zitplaats is klein, weinig zon. Was niet geheel goed schoongemaakt. Miste informatie boekje met bv wificode enz. Eigenaar is goed te bereiken, woont niet in de buurt waardoor hij het huis niet goed kan controleren

De tuin is een natuurlijke tuin en wordt als zodanig beschreven. U dient deze te lezen en vervolgens te beslissen of u boekt. Het wachtwoord voor het WLAN staat ook onder de router. Bovendien vind ik het niet gerechtvaardigd om hier zo'n slechte recensie te geven.

Het was een heel leuk huisje met alle voorzieningen. Alleen jammer dat het onkruid buiten zo hoog was en er niet een mooi plekje in de tuin was om te zitten alleen een klein plaatsje naast de serre. Verder hebben we het heerlijk gehad

Schöne grosse Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist schön gross. Die Lattenroste waren leider nicht zuverstellen, die matratzen etwas älter und und zu hart, bis auf das Kinderzimmer. Wohnung war sauber und fast alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Fliegengitter wären schön, da man abends die Fenster nicht öffen kann, ohne Insekten ins Haus zu holen.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es im nächsten Ort.

Sehr sauberes, gut eingerichtetes Haus. Ruhige Lage. Sehr gute, einfache Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Lediglich die Matratzen im "Kinderzimmer" waren uns zu weich.
