Brand new vacation home, built 2022! Great Location on Kelleys Island!

This property is a custom 3 bed , 2 bath home built in 2022. Main floor has a great open floor plan, ready to host your family gatherings! Kitchen equipped with all new appliances and stocked with all essentials. The master is located on the main floor with king bed and attached full bath; 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located upstairs with shared full bath and large loft area for relaxing. Outdoors enjoy the fire-pit or relax on the deck. 1.2 miles to downtown! Walking distance to adjacent hiking trails and just a 12 minute walk to Kelleys Island Winery!

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave Blankets on Beds, take all towels and linens to laundry room. Turn off fans and lights. Wipe down all counters.
Empty all trash cans, including bathrooms, secure trash and put in outside can and take to the street. Put all furniture back to its original place.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Report any accidental damage immediately to the owner via phone call. Remove shoes upon entering the house. No food or drink upstairs No pets
Please use designated driveway for parking. Please do not park on the grass. (This includes golf carts)
Before check-out: 1. Take ALL trash to the street for Monday pick-up. 2. Strip all linens/towels and put in laundry room 3. Fill dishwasher and run

This my family’s 2nd time staying here and had a great time. No complaints at all and was a great quiet location but not a far drive/bike ride into town. Will stay here again for sure!

This house was perfect! Very comfortable beds, very clean, kitchen stocked with everything you need. The location is great too and very convenient to activities while being away from it all. Nice side porch for reading a book or enjoying coffee. Would definitely come back!
