The space is exclusively for registered guests ONLY. Additional air mattresses/beddings could be provided for additional guests (6 minimum) sleeping arrangements, upon request.
A generous private outdoor patio that can be used for smoking as there is NO SMOKING inside the space or fees will be applied.
There is a private entrance to a large basement - space is not available for use as it leads to a separate independent unit (and also used for storage).
