SUNDIAL EAST is totally BACK and ready for renters...

This spacious redecorated 3 bdrm, 2 bath condo in family friendly SunDial East will easily accommodate Six people.The master suite with king size bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and 3rd bdrm has a king. In addition this non smoking condo has a full sized living room, dining room, kitchen that is fully stocked for those who want to cook in, washer and dryer in the unit, 4 TV's with cable, Plus PRIVATE WIFI JUST FOR OUR GUESTS, very large lanai that overlooks the courtyard, swimming pool, and the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Our unit O-301 is right around the corner from the elevator and stairs and has covered parking. BBQ grills are located just steps from the elevator. It's also just a short walk to The award wining restaurant at the the Sundial Beach Resort and Bailey's mini mart.
We supply BEACH TOWELS, BEACH CHAIRS an UMBRELLA and sand toys for the kids. Pack n Play and a High Chair included for the little ones
Rentals are 7 night minimum and are on a Saturday to Saturday basis. We will consider less then 7 night stays in off season. However, they must start or end on a Saturday..

Have your groceries delivered to the condo prior to your arrival.....

Sanibel Dreamers

It was in a good location. We didn’t find out the closest pool was not available until we had already paid in full, but the owner made arrangements for us to use a different pool. The Sundial Resort was impressive overall and had many amenities. We enjoyed the Shell Walk on Wednesday. Altogether, we had a lovely vacation.

We had a beautiful view of the Gulf. The condo was very nicely furnished. A TV problem and A/C problem were quickly addressed taken care of. Great place.

The condo is beautiful and clean. The “included” pool is not open yet, but the Sundial Hotel part of the property pool is open with a daily fee. There is a tiki bar over by that pool that was enjoyed by our family.

Awesome Sanibel Getaway!

Great way to get away from the cold weather up north. This condo was spacious and clean. Just as described. Lots of extras that you don't usually get. Great communication with the owner. Just what we were looking for!

Great Family Vacation

Property was in a great location. Beach is closer than the pictures show as is the pool. The place was very clean, beds extremely comfortable and the owner made the whole process very easy. There are a few beach chairs, we left a new beach umbrella and cooler as well as some beach toys. We were close to everything and could bike around the whole island. Just a great experience for our whole family. Thank you Evans!

WOW!!!

WE have already decided we will be back next summer. This place was EXCELLENT!! This the spot you want to be in. Covered parking, elevator, washer, dryer, all the things you need to have a smooth vacation. We had 6 people from age 53 down to 10 and there was not one complaint about anything. Everybody had enough space and it nice being just yards away from the beach and pool. Everything in this condo is top notch. I would give 10 stars 5 is not enough.

Perfect for us!

My husband and I were with our two twenty-something children. The 3 BR/2 BA layout was perfect. The lanai was lovely, the beach was close and we appreciated that the condo came with chairs and an umbrella. Two umbrellas would have been even more awesome :-). We were wishing for some sharp knives to be able to perform basic cooking tasks, but we made do. Other than those two things, we were perfectly happy.

Everything you need!

We have visited other condos in the past that are not as described but this is not the case for this one! The condo is beautiful with everything you need. It is close to the elevator making it super easy especially when traveling with two toddlers. Plenty of beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella to spend as much time as the beach as you want. The pool is nice and a really short walk away. The location of the condo is excellent. Easy access to Middle Gulf and Periwinkle. If you want coffee, donuts or need to pick something up you forgot at the store, Bailey’s is a short walk away. Condo was really clean and the beds are comfortable. Great place to stay!

We have stayed at Sundial 7 times over the last 10 years and continue to enjoy the convenience of the pool bar, pizza, ice cream and restaurant for lunch. Since management change, use of other parts of resort are restricted but inconsistently. Seems like they don’t mind you playing ping pong if you buy drinks and food. Our kids are old enough that main pool is not important and rather rent bikes elsewhere. Kayaking in gulf is not much fun compared with Tarpon Bay. Condo is fine and I commend the owner for the creation of the third BR from the old dining area. Not really a true BR and not private but worked fine for our purposes. The back corner location is relatively loud compared with other spots so might not do that again. Management company was responsive to one small issue we had. Overall good experience. Thank you.

Wonderful family vacation at Sundial (O301)on Sanibel Island, Florida

I was happy to find this condo on Homeaway/VRBO. We stayed in a two bedroom at Sundial two years ago but I wanted a three bedroom so nobody had to sleep on a sofa sleeper which is not comfortable and lacks privacy. This condo was perfect for our family. The last time I rented a gulf front and I was worried about being back in the corner but we actually still had a very nice view of the gulf, pond and birds and it was nice being close to the elevator since my husband and I have knee replacements. Our parking spot was very close to elevator. The elevator is NOT noisy either! The condo was lovely and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Building O is on the east side of Sundial which is less crowded. We used the pool a lot. Since we were at Sundial the week after Easter, it was crowded at times but it just depended on the time of day. But, we knew this week would be busy. The Sundial was very quiet at night. The Sundial is wonderful for families and children and grandchildren. If you are a tennis player, they have beautiful clay courts but there is a fee. I only have a couple of recommendations for the owner. A pillow in the master bedroom should be replaced, It was discolored. I washed the sheets after week 1. Also, there was a small pillow with no pillowcase. My last recommendation is for the Sundial management or condo association. I swam every morning after the pool man cleaned the pool, 8:00a.m. On Friday, April 1, the pool was not cleaned! There were cheerios floating in it by the steps. There were a lot of children in the pool!! I would recommend putting up another sign stating no food in the pool area. It is on the pool rules sign, but I think you may need another sign for parents! I think water bottles are fine but please no food in pool area! Thank you! We had a wonderful time at Sundial and Sanibel Island. It is a wonderful place to vacation!

We had a great time at this condo on Sanibel. It was comfortable and had most things we needed. The pool was nice but quite crowded. The beach was spectacular and we used the beach buggy, chairs and umbrella.Location on the island was perfect - easy access to restaurants, groceries, bike rentals, etc. I will stay again.

Spacious condo with all the extras

Wonderful experience! Large 3BR condo gave everyone their space. The extras like beach chairs, toys, towels etc were very convenient and appreciated. Wonderful communication from property manager. Location is close to pool, beach and covered parking a plus. We’ll be back and definitely recommend.

Beautiful Unit in Sanibel Island

Beautiful Unit for our first time on Sanibel Island. The pictures did not do justice. We were pleasantly surprised that the unit was even nicer than the pictures shown online. It was very clean and met all of our needs. It was a very short walk from the unit through the courtyard/pool to the beach. Since we were on the 3rd floor, an elevator was a plus. The property manager also responded to me within minutes of emailing him. I would definitely stay here again the next time that we vacation on Sanibel Island.

We totally loved our stay at the Sundial and the owner was wonderful and extremely responsive. We had everything we needed in our kitchen to cook and we had plenty of chairs and outdoor items for the beach. The condo was clean and I felt like I was home!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed staying at this wonderful condo! There was plenty of room for the six of us which was what we were looking for. The only small thing we didn’t like was the walk to the beach. That is only because we have been spoiled by our parents and their love of smaller complexes.

We had an awesome time at Sanibel. We didn't know what to expect re: condo, location to beach, etc. as it was our first time, but the condo exceeded our expectation! It was a great location to the beach!!! It had ample space for all six of us (all adults). It came equip with everything we needed in the kitchen, for the beach, etc. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Can't wait until our next trip!
