Great beach retreat!

The house was everything that it advertised and more! The house had a nice crisp, bright, clean feeling! Lots of modern conveniences were included that made our week very enjoyable. The close proximity to the beach and to amenities made it easy to be out and about exploring! We would choose this beach house again, for sure!

This is a cute very small cottage. Both the kitchen & bathroom were nicely remodeled and stocked. However, there was only 1 small couch for the both of us to sit together in the living room. It would have been much nicer if there had been at least another upholstered chair. Don't know how 4 people would have been comfortable staying in this home.

You’ll find this house to be conveniently located to the beach and some shopping needs. The house has everything you need in the kitchen, for the grill, etc. The owner/ management company is very responsive. You’ll enjoy your stay!

Adorable gem in perfect location

We enjoyed a perfect 4th of July week on the Cape staying at this adorable beach house. Communication was above standards throughout our entire stay. Even the owner showed up to address an issue with an alarm going off & ensure it was being taken care of. The home is perfectly located. Walkable to the beach, but far enough off the Main Street you’re not bothered by the traffic. You’re only minutes away to town and all the shops. We highly recommend Shipwrecked - best food & service we had all week! Thanks for a great stay, can’t wait to get back!

We are a family of 5 - 3 kids ans two adults. The apartment is great: kitchen equipped with all you need (except kettle ..or maybe we just didn't find it). The apartment has both, washer and dryer. The backyard was really nice for kids to play. Recommended!

Good property. Could use a little tlc. A king bed would improve the experience. Bathroom shower doors need some care. Bedroom and Bathroom doors need some WD.40. Kitchen is good. I would encourage the owners to tell people not to leave food in refrigerator and cabinets when they leave. It was good having a washer and dryer. Overall a good experience.

We chose this neighborhood for its unbeatable location and easy coastal lifestyle. The property has a large yard and is just a short walk to the beach at the end of the street. Restaurants, fish markets, and shopping are all nearby, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Central A/C and an in-unit washer and dryer add comfort and convenience to every stay.

What makes our property unique is how effortlessly it blends convenience with coastal charm. A spacious yard, beach access at the end of the street, and nearby dining and fish markets allow guests to experience Cape Cod.
