About this property

Pacific Shores Resort - Creekside Suites - 1 Bedroom - Oceanfront!

This top-floor (4th floor) one bedroom, air conditioned (summer months only) unit, large ensuite (soaker tub), fully-equipped kitchen, large dining room table, private deck and conveniently located right on Craig Bay - oceanfront property. Seasonal water sports available (kayaks, paddle boards & bikes), pickleball courts, indoor pool, indoor hot tub and outdoor hot tub! Perfect for a couples getaway, family gathering to just reconnect with nature and recharge!!! The many trails along the ocean will keep the family busy and satisfied as your explore the property.

This unit is equipped with everything you will need on your vacation and more! Sleeps three adults comfortably - if you need more room, check out the adjoining studio suite - listing number 2895725 - that is the combo of A Unit & B Unit.

Unfortunately, due to health reasons, the owner of the onsite restaurant is closing permanently on March 15, 2026. The resort is trying to get another restaurant in asap but no further details are available at this time. A full-service spa called Pacific Shores Wellness Spa - 250-468-2404 as well as a physio office - Pacific Motion Physiotherapy - 250-586-6633. These are all located in the main building to the right as your drive in. Same building as the pool, hot tub and gym.

This unit is a short drive to:

- Parksville - 7 minutes
- Nanaimo - 20 minutes
- Qualicum - 18 minutes
- French Creek - 16 minutes
- Tofino - 2.5 hours

Lots of beautiful shops within a short drive away, several lakes, lots of hikes or just grab a beach chair and enjoy the quiet location just outside your door. Pacific Shores is a private resort and that means small numbers of people at your private beach. Explore the tidal pools with the family. Walk during low tide and explore what the Salish Sea has to offer.

I am always interested in snowbirds too during our winter months. So if this is something that interests you, please contact me anytime. Big discounts during my off-season and what a beautiful location to explore the Island and mild climate. Guests coming and need more space, rent the B unit and open up the space back up to the two bedroom, two bathroom. Our cleaners can come in and take care of the cleaning, laundry and then upon their departure, lock the connecting doors back up and you enjoy your unit with no stress.

There is lots of extra parking under the pickleball courts and also a gravel lot if you have an extra height vehicle as well.

Winter Vacation near Parksville BC

My husband and I had a lovely two-week stay in Kim's condo. The pictures of the unit were accurate. It's a bright, light 4th floor unit with a wonderful view, a resident crane, easy parking, a king bed, and an elevator. It has all the comforts of home. Kim is organized, and the condo has everything to make your stay both comfortable and convenient. The grounds of the complex are well tended with a waterfront trail and viewing decks with comfy chairs. The facilities on the property include a fitness room, pool, hot tub, and a great restaurant- Pacific Moon. It has a great view, a pleasant Happy Hour crowd, and prime-rib dinners on Saturday night with live music. The condo is convenient to Parksville, several beaches, and local provincial parks with beachfront trails and promenades. All said, it is a great place to vacation even in February.

Tranquil stay

Beautiful condo in a very quiet setting. Many trails and areas to wander & explore. We used this as our home base to explore Vancouver Island up & down the east coast. The condo is part of a resort with lots of amenities such as pool/hot tub, sauna, pickle ball courts & so on. We didn’t have the time to use all of these but they were all available & certainly not over crowded during our stay. Our hosts were great with easy communication. When you done playing in the water or Pickleball, relax in your large soaker tub, grab a bite to eat at any of the local eateries listed below and then sit down and relax watching the tide come in or out from your balcony.
