Relax 523 in the heart of Miami!

Hi Patricia, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the house and found us to be pleasant hosts. We wish you had communicated some of your concerns as most could have been easily addressed to provide a more enjoyable stay for you. We installed the lights in the backyard because many guests felt it was too dark without them, but they are programable so if they weren’t your preference we would have happily adjusted them for you. We declare on the listing of all our properties that there are security cameras in only the front and backyard, to ensure the safety of our guests, but out of respect for your privacy we do not check them unless it is necessary. Although the house is in a residential neighborhood and as you mentioned is well connected, most of our guests and personal experiences denote it as extremely quiet and peaceful. Additionally, we know the families on both sides of the house and would have had no problem letting them know to keep it down if any excessive noise was disturbing you. We were very surprised to hear that you had trouble with the drainage since all the plumbing in the house was completely updated less than 6 months ago. After checking it out today, it was only some buildup and was quickly resolved by adding degreasing liquid. It should no longer be a problem. As we mentioned previously, we only wish you had let us know before so your stay could have proceeded uninterrupted. Thank you again for the kind words and recommendations.
