Two family rooms to spend time with family and friends. Step into the garage and game away with Pool & Foosball Table, perfect for your entertainment. Enjoy the outdoor patio for grilling with two cozy lounge wick chairs and your own private hot tub! Highly desirable area for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Close to hiking, biking, horseback and ATV trails! World famous rock climbing and repelling close by. Next door to the Tuacahn Amphitheater "Broadway in the Desert", and VIEWS of the Majestic Red and White Sandstone Mountains surrounding the St. George area AND so much more!
