Das Ferienhaus hat eine Nutzfläche von 83 m2. Im Erdgeschoss steht Ihnen ein großes Wohn-, Esszimmer mit Küche sowie einem Kaminofen als Heizmöglichkeit inkl. Holz zur Verfügung. Die Küche bietet alle Utensilien/Geschirr zum Kochen und Grillen. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für die ganze Familie. Ein Gäste-WC und ein freundliches Bad mit WC und Badewanne sowie Duschmöglichkeit bietet weiteren Komfort. Nutzung der Hand- und Duschtücher im Bad im Preis inklusive. Über eine Holztreppe erreichen Sie das Obergeschoss mit einem kleinen Kinderzimmer (ca. 6 m2). Dort steht "jungen und auch kleinsten Besuchern" ein selbstgebautes Palettenbett (120 x 190 m) zur Verfügung. Ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett bietet viel Platz für die Erwachsenen. Der Bauwagen Mäxle ist ca. 7 m2 groß. Der Schlafplatz (120 x 210 cm) ist für eine, max. zwei Personen ausgelegt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine große Terrasse mit Sitzlounge, Sesseln und Grill.
