Fully Updated/Luxury Beach House w/Master Suite-Close to beach!

Home is completely remodeled with new flooring throughout and a brand new roof. The island was hit by a hurricane and is currently in the process of rebuilding.


Enjoy over 2,500 square feet of open living in this luxury beach house located in the highly sought after Laguna Shores subdivision! Just a short 4-6 minute walk to the private beach access for Laguna Shores residents only! There is a private master bedroom suite with a king bed, private ensuite, and a private entrance. We are pet friendly and love pups :)

- This home is equipped with 8 beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, 6 bikes, an high chair and a beach wagon!

- Fully stocked kitchen, which includes: an air fryer, toaster, blender, k cup, and regular coffee maker and brand new stainless steel appliances.

Perfect vacation house for our family

The house was clean and well stocked with everything our family needed for a relaxing beach vacation. It’s just a 5 minute walk to the private beach access, and the owner had plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, sand toys, as well as two large beach wagons to hold everything we needed for hours at the beach. The house is even more spacious than the pictures show. Would definitely book again!

Great house, great location, great neighborhood

The house is very spacious and the 2.5 bathrooms is great! Residential and very quiet neighborhood close to Lover’s Key State Park. This made for an easy trip to the beach. The check-in process was very well coordinated and we had no issues.

Beach House Stay

The Beach house was exactly as pictured. It had every amenity we needed: plenty of room, beach wagon, bikes, beach toys and beach chairs. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Comfy beds. Owner/manager was easy to communicate with and even went above and beyond to order us a pack n play to use for our stay. Highly recommend!

Fort Myers Beach

The home is on the south end of the island within walking distance to the beach. We pulled the smaller kids in a wagon. My husband and I were there with sons, their wives and grandkids. We had plenty of room, and everything we needed…beach towels, wagon, beach chair umbrellas. Our host was very helpful and pleasant. She ordered 2 booster seats for the 2 toddlers and they were waiting for us when we arrived.

Great house!

This house had everything we needed. It’s very spacious and comfortable with a cute beachy theme. We are property owners in the area and needed a place to stay while doing some hurricane repairs. Luckily we were able to squeeze in some beach time as well. The wagon was perfect for hauling the beach chairs on the short walk. The island may still be rebuilding but the beautiful sunsets and beach remain! The owner made herself available right away and was there if we had any questions. We would stay again!

Beach get away

This house was Perfect for a Birthday Beach get away! The house was clean, spacious and just the perfect spot for our get away. The bikes were an added bonus that was so fun! Plenty of places to sleep all 10 of us! I would definitely rent this house again. Location was perfect, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors! Mike was there for us if we needed anything! So gracious and kind! There wasnt a cooler there, I messaged Mike, He brought one to us! Definitely would rate this a 5 star and will be back in the future! Thanks Mike for your hospitality!!

I can't say enough good things about my experience staying at this property. The hosts were very kind and helpful and answered any questions I had immediately. The house is gorgeous! Open and airy and stocked with anything you could need! There are bicycles to ride and even a wagon to take your beach chairs a short 5 minute walk to private beach access. The beach was so relaxing and went on forever. There are televisions in every room, an airfryer, a Koerig coffee machine and tons of towels. The beds are unbelievable and I am extremely picky about beds and pillows :) The pillows were heavenly, I guess I didn't need to pack "my pillow" after all! If you are considering renting this property, don't! Just do it. Trust me, you will be so happy you did!

Big and beautiful home so close to the beach!

My family and I stayed here in August and it was one of the most enjoyable trips we’ve had as a family. Starting with the home, it was so lovely and well accommodated. Extremely spacious and open floor plan was with this beautiful home had. It was so nice that the master bedroom was separate side of the house for privacy and quiet. so close to the beach, we took our bikes that were a part of the house. The surrounding area is so lovely lots of great restaurant options and little spots To grab a bite quickly. This was like a home away from home and we look forward to going back For our annual trip. My family and I love the hot weather so summertime is beautiful for us, however I’m sure it’s so beautiful all around the year.
