We loved our stay in Point Breeze. Stacey was so attentive to our needs--very responsive, and she even mailed a valuable to our house when we left it behind. The home is in a great location and met our needs perfectly. We would definitely stay here again.
The apartment was just as listed. My family enjoyed the ability to spread out across three bedrooms, and the location was close to lots of wonderful parks and neighborhoods with restaurants and shops on a quiet, tree-lined street. We'll definitely come back!
We were very happy with the location and cleanliness of the apartment. Stacey helped us quickly with one small issue and was very cordial. We hope to return someday as we have family in the area.
Clean, comfortable, nicely furnished apartment. Good communication and easy keyless entry. Quiet neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. Worked out really well for visiting our kids at Pitt. Able to comfortably host them and few friends for dinner and board games. Would definitely return — thank you!
It was a lovely home! It was very well stocked, and the owners went out of their way to be accommodating. I actually got to meet them in person and they are very attentive, gracious, and kind. The house was very clean and in a good neighborhood. Plenty of good places to eat, shop, and parks near by to enjoy. I would highly recommend this beauty…
My wife and I loved this property in Pittsburgh! It is in a beautiful neighborhood next to a park, with a short drive to great restaurants. There is ample parking on a wide street. The rental was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Stacey was responsive to questions, and there were many nice small details (thanks for the bottled water, breakfast bars and mints on the pillow)! We will definitely stay there again when we visit our son (student at U Pitt).
We stayed at the property for four nights with 4 adults. We had everything we needed for our stay. We didn't bring a hair dryer and we couldn't find one in the apartment, so the host dropped one off for us -- she was super about communicating with us and making sure we had what we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and there was ample street parking in front of the building. We will definitely be back.
Stacy, the owner, was incredibly attentive and kind. He hours gave us space for peace and reflection during a difficult time for my family. Her empathyand cconcern for our experience did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Stay here if you want to be in a green area close to squirrel hill
Lovely 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment on tree lined street 3-4 blocks from Bakery Square (Trader Joe’s, shops, bars, restaurants, tech hub: Google, lab space for Pitt and CMU). Many lovely historic homes nearby are being renovated. Apartment was perfect for our family of 5 visiting relatives in Pittsburgh and we would book again. Many thoughtful touches (nicely stocked kitchen, linens, paper towels, soap and shampoo, granola bars, books/cards in the living room). Good wifi. Check in was simple with key code door access. Be aware the apartment is on the second floor of an older building, access steps are steep and may be challenging for guests with mobility problems.
We were comfortable while we were there. A couple of concerns. I would like to have more light in the kitchen and bathroom. Also the ice maker on the frig did not work. It was well stocked with supplies, but it could have used more outlets. Most that were available were already in use. That left very few for charging our electronics.

Thanks for your feedback Don. I will certainly take it to heart and see what can be improved as we always strive for 5 stars. As 3 stars is a failing grade, I'm sorry that was your experience. In the future I would encourage you to reach out to your host when running into challenges as many items can be resolved pretty quickly. There is an extra power strip in one of the cupboards that would have helped with charging your electronics. I will check the lighting, change any bulbs that are out, and put brighter lamps in if needed. (I have in the past dropped items like that off when I am made aware during a stay) I do not advertise an icemaker as I do not have one. If that is a deal breaker, I would encourage you to check that box when searching for a property. As a host it is painful to receive a failing star review for items that either were not advertised as being available, or could have been accommodated had I been aware. But I will certainly take the feedback seriously and try make improvements. Have a nice summer. Take care, Stacey
Loved the old style of the house, all the antiques and it was very quiet. It was in a location of town we had never been, so we really enjoyed all the new stuff we found. Thanks, if the property is available the next time I'm in town I will definitely stay here again.
