Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all bedding on beds, used towels on shower floor. Cleaning team will take care of laundry and bed changing.
Lock only the outside entrance upon leaving. Leave key in upper door but do not lock it.
We recycle! Cardboard, paper, cans and glass can be comingled. Place in garbage pail marked "recycling". Larger boxes can be left outside of the can in the back,

Holiday Lake was a little known location at the far corner of NJ. Michael had an opportunity to purchase a vacation condo overlooking this beautiful lake and we took it! We knew many would love what we saw and decided to share that with others through hosting one of the 3 units we now own.
We are on-site hosts and enjoy meeting the many who visit and get their feedback and insight. It's just fun.

The Community is diverse, has many amenities such as a community pool, beach and golf course. Sitting on The Delaware River and recreation area, Highpoint State Park and Stokes State forest is a hikers dream. Nearby Milford, PA and Warwick, NY offer up many events and restaurants. Let's face it, it's about the lake!

Our Unit is fully renovated to provide for modern conveniences. Access to a well-manicured common-area back yard (only shared by 3 other owners) with lake access to swim or kayak and easy access to hiking, restaurants and area events, who could ask for more!
