2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom 1-level home in a great neighborhood close to the beach. In between Boca, and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to all restaurants and shopping.
Home is designed for people who really like to vacation in comfort. Great sheets, great beds, Nespresso and Keurig machines. Fully appointed and well designed for those of us
who care to be in a nice space on our vacation.
Great backyard to hang out, of course with your friends family and pooch.
2 miles from the beach. Deerfield Beach a quintessential beach town, with equipment rentals, etc.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If garbage is picked up next day please put trash bins to the curb. pick up is Monday and Thursday very early.
Place all sheets towels and used bedding in front of washing machine in the garage.
Place thermostat at 76 Ensure all windows closed and doors locked Please just treat my home as you would treat yours I, my other guests and cleaning crews greatly appreciate the many guests who do!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This is a relaxed safe nice neighborhood with few rental homes. Please respect neighbors walking by with their dogs, riding bikes,

We had a wonderful time. Nice quiet neighborhood but plenty of amenities nearby. House was clean and had everything we needed. Host communicated well and was very helpful.

Our stay was perfect. The house had everything you could ever ask for, including bikes, a beautiful patio area with a grill, a quiet street with friendly neighbors, and a very attentive manager who responded to all our needs immediately. We were close to two public pools (heated, by the way) and a short bike ride or walk to groceries, restaurants and Target! We will definitely be coming back!

A wonderful 3 week vacation

Our stay far surpassed our expectations. The house was clean and welcoming. Comfortably decorated with thoughtful accessories. Excellent showers and beds. Tamar is a superior host and did everything to meet our needs. My husband and I are seniors and fussy about where we stay.

Hurrican Ian Retreat
