1400 square foot 3 BR 2 BA home that sits on a quiet street tucked away just minutes from shopping, and dining. We can easily accommodate up to 7 guests. Perfect location just 5 minutes from I-65 and I-465. 10 minutes from downtown Indy, 5 minutes from Greenwood. We have all the amenities you need for a short two night stay or as long as you need. Fully stocked kitchen if you want to stay in and make a meal. This place feels like home!
The space
This house is amazing, completely new renovated home and everything inside is brand new. It’s just 10 minutes to downtown Indy. Great food all around and easy access to I-65.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire house, outdoor patio, hot tub, and backyard. There are no shared spaces.

We have a keypad entry that gives a completely contactless checkin.

This house is pristine! We enjoyed every minute! So clean, fully stocked kitchen, darling back yard and so comfortable beds! The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Indy.

Beautiful home in a charming neighborhood.

We stayed here for a long weekend as we celebrated a birthday with family nearby. The home was clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. We had all the amenities we needed, and the backyard/patio was a great space to relax. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we needed to stay in the Indianapolis area.

The house was very clean with everything we needed for our stay from coffee to pantry staples. The beds were comfortable, and we had great communication with the host with easy check-in. We appreciated the pack-n-play and dishes for the kids as well. We would stay here again.
