"The Cozy Black and White" is centrally located in the heart of Crystal City and just minutes away from downtown D.C. You'll experience the mild yet bold ambiance of luxury and comfort the "Cozy Black and White" renders. From room to room, you'll notice the thoughtful gestures and intimate details it has to offer. This posh space is a sea of modern comfort that meets opulence. A one-bedroom apartment with a king-size bed centrally located in the heart of Crystal City. In addition, dedicated business/work space for traveling professionals and a large balcony to unwind and breathe fresh air. A plush comfortable deluxe queen-sized air mattress for additional guests. Full access to building business lounge, gym, pool, on-site convenience store, and one parking space. 24-hr direct communication via the app and phone communication when necessary. Shopping, grocery stores, and bars and restaurants within walking distance. One on-site parking pass for booked guests and metro access minutes from the apartment. - Swimming pool hours are 10 AM - 8 PM daily. The pool is open every day until the Fall season. It closes in Fall and re-opens again in the summer. The outdoor pools get open in the summer on Memorial Day and close for the season on Labor Day. - The Air conditioning will NOT BE ACTIVE until the 3rd week of May based on the County ordinance.

House rules :

1. Specific information may be required for legal and/or compliance and property security reasons within the communities that we host (i.e. email address, current phone number, government-issued photo identification prior to arrival, etc.)

2. No third-party reservations allowed. Only registered guests are allowed (minimum age 21 to book). Registered guests are persons actively listed on the reservation

3. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property.

4. Quiet Hours (10pm-8am) No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm

5. Locals need to communicate the intent of their stay, name, and email

6. Guest can request early check-in or late checkout and we will confirm the possibility of early check-in or late checkout, subject to availability and charges applied :
Early check-in fee : $50
Late checkout fee : $50 per hour

7. Fee for unreturned or Lost Key, FOB and Parking Pass :

Visiting the DC Metropolitan Area

We came to Crystal City to visit family and tour DC. This location was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. It is located just a few blocks from the Metro and many restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. We were very pleased with our experience and would return again.

Very comfortable and convenient

We stayed 1 week. This was an excellent property with a well stocked kitchen. It is in Crystal Towers which is an excellent place to stay. Very convenient to the metro (a little over 2 blocks) and many restaurants. The yellow line provides a quick transit directly to the convention center and downtown. Only one stop to the airport. The check-in process was very quick and easy and the host was responsive to our emails.

Our May vacation

Overall, I cannot say enough about the location, the condo, and the service. The price was a little on the high side, but worth it. The accommodation and available supplies was totally 5 star. I am only giving 4 stars because parking was a challenge and too far away from the unit itself. Everything else was great.

Beautiful apt. With lovely touches!

Lovely apt. So convenient to metro and pretty Crystal Drive. Nice extras with bottled water, snacks, coffer and sugar, and laundry detergent which came in handy. We never used the parking or pool, but nice that they are available . Anthony was easy to work with and available when i needed. Overall a fabulous stay!!

Owner cancelled while we were standing at the desk attempting to check in

This was part of a longer vacation so I didn’t notice that we didn’t get check-in instructions until we arrived at the property and attempted to check in. Contacted owner via online messaging, because he didn’t leave a way to call him. Desk person called him. While waiting to hear back, received a message that the reservation was cancelled and refunded. I was shocked and felt very stranded. Owner said it was a “system glitch.” I’m guessing he rented it for a higher price elsewhere, because it wasn’t available for our use. Basically left us without a place to stay for 6 days while in DC. Won’t rent from this person or VRBO again. Cancelling at the time of check-in is an awful way to treat a customer and it’s too bad that VRBO allows this. I’ve lost all trust in this owner and company and won’t ruin another vacation using them.

Crystal City condo

What's to old adage...location, location, location. This place was in a great location with the metro station right across the street! We arrived, parked our can and didn't get in it until we left 7 days later. The enterance was impressive and pool a big plus. Overall very good!

Crystal City for Work & Play

The hubby was in town for a conference and I'm so glad I tagged along. The penthouse was a perfect place for us to stay. It was clean, the people were so friendly and we were so close to the metro and things to do in Crystal City.

DC experience

Great stay, responsive host

Great location for a DC visit! We brought our bikes and bikes to downtown DC a few times (and to Gravelly Point for a bit of plane spotting, if that’s your thing). We also took advantage of the easy access to the metro and the VRE. We love having the kitchen for longer stays to make our own meals and still enjoyed some of the local restaurants. Our host was super quick with responses to our questions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

EXCELLENT, CLEAN and CONVENIENT

I was in town on business and always look to stay in Crystal/ Pentagon City to remain within walking distance of everything I need just to save time. This location fit my preferences and business schedule perfectly! It has a lot of space, is pretty well sound insulated, and has a fully equipped kitchen (with KEURIG) and Washer/Dryer in the unit. Check-in was easy. The gym on site was also a plus. The most coveted amenity for the region for me was parking, and thankfully this unit comes with a parking pass! (Just make sure you review the map and park where you are supposed to!) The rental manager was very responsive if I needed anything and checkout was easy. Easily my best location so far for staying when I come in for work and will look to book again in the future!

Just as pictured!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Our host stayed in contact via app to make sure we were ok and to ck on us in case we needed anything. The place was just as pictured and very clean! It had everything we needed. If you like the city, it has great city views. Anything else you may need is in walking distance. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thsnks!
