This thoughtfully designed home features in-floor radiant heating, a modern Rumford fireplace, and split-level AC units for year-round comfort. Luxurious linens, super-comfy beds, and carefully curated decor create a space that’s both stylish and inviting.

Enjoy cozy indoor spaces or take your leisure outside. Lounge on the front porch, sip coffee on the private Master balcony, or gather in the spacious backyard complete with a mid-century fireplace, cushy lawn furniture, premium gas grill, winter done and hot tub perfect for entertaining or unwinding under the stars.

We’re Laurel and Alex, and we both work in the creative and graphics world, so designing SevenTwenty was a real labor of love for us. We live right next door, which means we’re close by if our guests need anything while still giving them complete privacy. We love discovering great places, creating welcoming spaces and adding the little details that make a stay memorable. We hope guests feel that SevenTwenty is a place we genuinely love and that they’ll love it too.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this part of Appleton because it has the perfect mix of history, character and walkability. SevenTwenty is tucked into a beautiful historic neighborhood just steps from downtown, Pierce Park and the Fox River. We love being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, music and everything downtown has to offer while still coming home to a quiet, residential street. It felt like a special place and we knew it was the kind of neighborhood we wanted to share with guests.

What makes this property unique

SevenTwenty is much more than a place to sleep. We designed it to feel like a true getaway, colorful, comfortable and full of personality, with a mid-century-inspired style, thoughtful details and spaces made for gathering. Guests can soak in the private hot tub, relax around the fireplace, enjoy the outdoor spaces, listen to records or simply settle in and make themselves at home. And the location makes it easy to enjoy Appleton, EAA, Green Bay and everything the Fox Valley has to offer.
