The house has a large and beautifully landscaped garden with a barbecue and a swimming pool. The second residential unit is also fully air-conditioned and consists of: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a triple room. The third fully air-conditioned residential unit on the ground floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washing machine, a kitchen and a living room with direct access to the covered terrace and the swimming pool.
