Long weekend in Highlands (and Sandy Hook)

My wife and I had a great stay. The cottage had everything we needed and a nice outdoor space. Location was also convenient. Mia and Tony were also great hosts - very friendly! Would stay again.

Great little home away from home

This was out first time in Highlands and we loved exploring the area. Bonus was an excellent stay - loved the neighborhood, close to lots of shops and restaurants. Bagel place in town was excellent. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and linens. I actually had the best sleep during my stay. Great little place.

Nice gateway

Property is very nice and cozy exactly like the pictures, looks bigger in reality, except for the bathroom, which we find out to be very small. It is equipped with all you need in the kitchen. Property is close to restaurants, seabright and sandy hook beaches by car. Only bad thing is we noted a couple utensils , plate and cup to be a bit dirty, which you don’t expect when you are paying for additional cleaning fee. Maybe it was left that way by the last occupant? overall we liked the stay and would come back.

They are actually a charcoal stainless and we’ve noticed water droplets have stained them. They are not actually “dirty”. We are replacing them with a set.
