About this property

Our barrier-free apartment "Beim Schaur" in Illasbergstr. 17 in the Berghof district has a living space of 80m2 on the garden level of a new building and was completed in 2019.
The spacious living room with modern kitchen is very bright and has a large panoramic window with a view of the terrace, garden and the Allgäu mountains. In the bathroom there is a shower and a bathtub ready for you to relax.

Cancellation policy:
up to 30 days before arrival free of charge,
up to 14 days before arrival 50%.
in the event of short-term cancellations, the full rental price is payable if we are unable to rent the apartment again within a short period of time.
We ask for your understanding.

Tourist tax per night:
Adults € 0.95 (May-September € 1.10)
Children 7-17 years. € 0.65 (May-September € 0.70)
Children up to 6 years free

Down payment 25%, balance on arrival in cash.

Arrival from 2 p.m. and departure by 10 a.m.
An earlier arrival or Departure is possible in consultation with the landlord, provided that no other guests arrive or depart on the same day.
In the high season and during holiday periods the arrival or Departure only possible on Saturday.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine Woche lang einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gepflegt. Die Umgebung ist für vielfältige Aktivitäten offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Die Fewo ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet,es hat an nichts gefehlt. Kontakt mit Vermieterin sehr gut.Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend ,egal ob Berge,wandern oder Kultur alles auf kurzen Wegen erreichbar! Danke für die schöne Zeit,wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr tolle Wohnung

Wir hatten ein paar sehr tolle Tage in der Wohnung. Alles war sauber und neu. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Umgebung ist allgemein sehr schön. Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
