About this property

Lovingly restored farmhouse in the middle of the mountains of South Tyrol

Enjoy your vacation in our lovingly restored farmhouse in the middle of the mountains of South Tyrol. Shortly before St. Walburg has stood this gem since 1903. An ideal place to unwind, to experience the tradition and history of the Ultental, but without having to forego the advantages of modern life. Perfect starting point for numerous hikes to dreamy alpine pastures and lakes. Only 4 km away from the Schwemmalm cable car, which transports you to over 2000m in summer and winter. The house is very suitable for families and small groups of friends who love the tranquility of nature and the warm atmosphere of the mountains.

The living room
The farmhouse parlor and the living room
The farmhouse has sleeping space for six people on two floors and 150 square meters, plus two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a room with the much sought-after stove bench. The heavy, wooden parlor table invites you to socialize. The bright living room adjoins the living room, where you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa and armchairs.

The kitchen
In addition to the dishwasher, electric hob and oven, the kitchen has a traditional wood stove that exudes wonderful warmth and is also ideal for cooking. For the cooler months, there is an electric heater in every room in addition to the two wood stoves. The drinking water is of the highest quality and comes from a spring in the mountains.
High quality pots and pans are available for you.

The bath rooms
The spacious bathroom on the ground floor has a large vanity with two basins, a bathtub, a toilet and a bidet. You can also use the washing machine. On the upper floor there is a shower with a toilet and a sink.

The bedrooms
On the upper floor there are four cozy bedrooms, all paneled with wood as is usual in the farmhouses. In the largest of the rooms, in addition to the 1.80 m wide double bed, there is a single bed measuring 0.90 mx 1.90 m. In the other rooms there is enough space for 2 people each. We will be happy to prepare a hand-turned children's bed for you on request.

The garden
The detached house is surrounded by a garden with old fruit trees and a farm garden where vegetables, herbs and lettuce grow. Under the gnarled pear tree is a table for sociable eating and spending time outdoors. You can roast to your heart's content on the charcoal grill. The meadow invites you to play and run around.

The house is only available to our guests during the rented period.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
