Overall the stay was great. There were some concerns around provided towels but the property manager rectified the issue quickly. Would stay here again.

Great location, no views, blah space, not cleaned well

If you are wanting to stay in Baldwin this location is perfect as you are right near the lake and a short walk from many restaurants. The challenge with the unit is it just isn't kept to a standard I would expect. While the main surfaces were clean, there were cobwebs and large dust bunnies throughout including almost every light fixture. at least 1 lightbulb was out. The showerheads for both showers were awful. Your views are of a parking lot and a fitness center so don't waste your time looking outside. The furnishings are mediocre and sparse at best. Next time I am in Baldwin I will be looking for a better place even if it is a longer walk to my destination.

Living like a local

Great location and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery. We were visiting family and this was centrally located to them and the things we’d like to do. Felt like I was back home again!

Great location

Staying in Baldwin Park is very convenient for getting around Winter Park and Orlando. The neighborhood is beautifully landscaped with great walking trails, lake, hip restaurants and shops nearby. Our property manager, Logan, was very responsive and helpful with the wireless check-in for the door lock. The unit itself is run down... shabby furniture, ill-equipped kitchen, missing lightbulbs in bathroom, almost threadbare towels and scratchy sheets. There were no coffee cups or wine glasses. whatever drink ware there was- all mismatched. We did let Logan know we needed coffee cups and he promptly had some delivered. All in all- it's the convenient location, surrounding amenities AND Logan's good service that made the trip enjoyable.
