This fully renovated home has 4 bedrooms (including first floor master), 2 full baths and 2 half baths, central AC, washer/dryer, propane grill and large level yard with lakeview and public dock access across the street. Off-street paved driveway parking is provided for four vehicles with an additional side pull-in that will fit two vehicles. There are two separate outdoor seating areas for enjoying the refreshing lake breezes.

Perfect vacation house

Family Reunion Stay

This house was perfect for our family during our visit to PA/NY for a family reunion. The house is beautiful and spacious and fully equipped. The yard is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the patio and barbecuing on the gas BBQ.There are also a number of other outdoor spaces that were lovely. Paul is a gracious host and communicated with us throughout the stay. We definitely look forward to coming back again.

Family loved their stay

Paul was friendly, helpful and communicative. His house was beautiful. It easily and comfortably fit our group. While the house is not set up to be child proof (and we were not expecting it to be), it was spacious enough for us to create a play space for the kids, set up safe spaces for them to sleep, and for the adults to not feel overrun by the kids.

Exceeded expectations

Paul was a wonderful host from the time we booked the rental to the day we checked out. His property is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is well maintained, clean and inviting. The kitchen is well equipped and made cooking large breakfasts and dinners a breeze. While the inside is also comfortable and spacious we really enjoyed sitting outside on both patios. This house and location was perfect for our multigenerational family to enjoy a week away together. Thank you!
