Stay with us at this ocean view apartment in a PHENOMENAL location in Jax Beach. Walking distance to downtown Jax beach and a short drive to Neptune Beach town center. Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. This property was curated by a local designer.

Close to entertainment, Mayo, and TPC - this is the perfect spot in Jax Bch!

This property is a ground level unit

All bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, Roku TVs, and sound machines with usb connectors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal plus Keurig coffee machine that includes kcups, and sugar.

There is a driveway that is shared with the upstairs unit. There is also free public parking across the street.

We make sure everything you need is provided to make it the best stay possible. Roku TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, quality towels & linens, and coffee & tea.

The property is located a block from the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc.

Very clean with new everything. Quiet and walkable to restaurants. Only could stay a couple of nights, but would love to return for a week or two.

Fantastic beach house!

We loved this beach house! The area was fantastic and a five minute walk to a local natural food store called Native Sun. The property was clean and the host made sure we had everything we needed. They communicated well and I will stay there again. Highly recommended!

Medical stay

Perfect location and wonderful amenities. We were here for a surgery at the Mayo Clinic and the beach house was an oasis for us. Thank you to the proprietors for seamlessly extending our stay when we had complications after my husband’s surgery. We hope to come back for a vacation next time!

Great location at Jax Beach

Location is awesome and very well equipped!! I would stay there again, but personally for my needs and future stays, I will seek accommodations without tenants that can rent above you. You just never know who will show up and how they may present themselves!

Oceanview

Property was exactly what pictures showed, and it is actually closer to the beach than it looks like in the photos. There was a bit of problem when we arrived with the door code, but it was soon handled by the owners. We would definitely stay here again. Everything was as good or better than described. Would be nice if each unit had its own assigned parking space, cause we did have to park across the street one night. With all this I would still come here again because this property is very well maintained, and has a great location.

Great Location!

Property is in an amazing location and so close to the beach! Property was clean and very nicely decorated. Only a few negatives - guests staying in unit above could be easily heard walking around, scooting chairs, etc. We were never able to sleep in. Also no type of dresser or anything to store clothes other than hanging in a closet. Had to keep suitcases open on the floors of the bedrooms at all times. Also no towel racks in bathrooms and no lamps, etc on nightstands to turn on and off from the bed itself. Other than those few things, the property was fantastic!
