Amazing stay! Clean, spacious, and with some very nice commodities. Everything was smooth and easy to get to where I needed. Only problem some might face is that the parking is a bit tighter for bigger vehicles but for my compact truck it was no issue!

Positive- clean, large house, able to comfortably accommodate 5 adults, good locationNegative - narrow lane access to house, tight garage, difficult to maneuver a large SUV, medium sized car and smaller cars should do okayLack of attention to detail by owner or management company. Encountered lots of small issues that wouldn’t necessarily have you contacting the host. But over time all the small things became frustrating. Example - not enough wash cloths for all guests, leaking master bathroom faucet when turned on, main level toilet not working when arrived (fixed by maintenance man but after the fixing, still didn’t work all that well). We encountered issues with garage door opener (low battery ?)

It was really convenient if you want to be centrally located to do lots of Houston stuff. Plenty of space in the townhome. It was a lot bigger/roomier than I expected. We enjoyed it.

Stayed over the Christmas holiday and had a great time. The home was exactly as listed. The rooms are all generously sized with room to spare. The kitchen was well-equipped for holiday cooking and baking. While the TV wasn't used much, it did have all the apps for streaming. The communication with the host was seamless, and the check-in process was smooth. I had the time wrong on check-out, and he was understanding of my error. Would stay here again.

The property was nice. It was difficult to get 2 SUV’s in the garage but we managed. You cannot have more than 2 vehicles due to parking issues. Everywhere we went wasn’t that far from the property. I did have tiny ants in the master bathroom and downstairs shower had a leak that traveled to the garage. These things did not interfere with our stay.

Family time

3 night stay was perfect for extended family time. The home was spacious and clean. The kitchen and common area was perfect for our family to unwind from a long day of exploring the town. Very convenient! Thank you Vince for being a great host.

Great Stay

The condo was very with nice large rooms and an open floor plan. It is also, conveniently located close to good place to eat and downtown. My only small suggestion would be to have basic necessities more available. (i.e. salt, pepper, sugar.) Overall it was a great stay.

Roomy and clean

This house was perfect for our long weekend with friends. It has lots of space to spread out and was very clean. There were a couple of minor hiccups (not enough silverware for six people, a broken chair) but the host promises to get those taken care of - Vince was great to work with!
