Front Row Center offers an amazing Beachfront location close to local shops, markets, restaurants, nightlife, multi-use path, St. George Lighthouse Museum and playground, fishing pier and St. George State Park. Whether relaxing by the private pool, searching for seashells on the miles of unspoiled beaches just steps to your door, kayaking, bicycling or fishing, there are so many ways to enjoy your front row seat at this home. Historic Apalachicola's restaurants, shops, entertainment scene and historic attractions are just 20 minutes by car!

OUTSIDE:
Front Row Center features a private boardwalk to our award winning Gulf beaches, private hot tub, beautiful private pool area, full bath at pool level with outdoor shower (hot/cold), fish cleaning station and park-style grill. This home has spacious deck spaces on both floors, so there are lots of options for relaxing and enjoying stunning Gulf views, sea breezes and your front row seat in paradise!

INSIDE:
This home has a residential elevator available serving the ground, first and second floors, which makes loading and unloading a snap! The completely renovated interiors offer comfortable spaces in the large living/dining/kitchen area and stunning views of the sea through the wall of glass windows and doors. This open concept living space features a soothing modern décor, large flat screen TV and brand new porcelain plank floors throughout.
There is plenty of room at mealtime in the large dining area with seating for 14. The large kitchen center island, perfect for gathering for coffee and conversations with the chef, seats 6. This beautifully remodeled space offers GE Café appliances including 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, a range and an additional wall oven. Fully stocked and ready for the chef in your crew, it has everything needed to prepare fresh coastal feasts.

Outside spaces on the first floor feature the large lower deck—half covered and enclosed by screens—perfect for al fresco dining. The hot tub on the open half of the deck is the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun and to take in views of the beach, water, sunrises and evening stars.
First floor sleeping accommodations feature 2 king master bedrooms and a bunk bedroom. Both king master bedrooms feature a full private bathroom with a walk-in shower, closet and flat screen TV. The bunk bedroom sleeps 6 with a large TV, perfect for the kids to hook up their video consoles and offers easy access to the full shared bathroom on the first floor.

The second floor boasts 2 large king master bedrooms and access to the large open deck with fantastic views of the Gulf. The North king master bedroom offers a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower, closet space and flat screen TV. The South king master bedroom is the largest and features a private bathroom with walk-in shower, coffee bar, and beautiful sliding glass door with views of the Gulf and direct access to the large sun deck, where comfortable seating provides the perfect spot to curl up with a good book and a refreshing beverage while watching the dolphins frolic in the waves.

Also, my elderly dog loved it! The doors are a bit noisy on it, but the ride smooth and quiet. All amenities worked like a charm, beds comfortable, and decor top notch. GCVP was wonderful to work with. Very attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend!!!! Be aware, one of the K bedrooms on main floor does not have a dresser, only end tables with drawers. Closets small, but adequate. Water filtration system, and on demand hot water was great!

Great House with all the amenities

We’ve been to St. George Island many times, but this house has been our favorite! The check in process was very easy, and the property management group was very easy to reach and communicate with for questions. The house is stocked with almost every supply you’d need for a great day at the beach! An added bonus was the fabulous pool and hot tub for us to warm up during a slightly chilly week. We also loved the special touch of the welcome bag. We will definitely be rebooking for our next stay!

Everything has been thought of and it's a beautiful home. My grandfather used to rent a house for a week every year when we were kids and it was a time we always looked forward to. It's many years later by St. George still holds the magic for us. I'm hoping to make this a yearly trip for us in his memory. I also have to say that Gulf Coast Vacation Properties is amazing, specifically McKenzie and Kara. We will definitely rent with them again and if possible, it will be Front Row Center. This house is in the perfect location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Needless to say, we did not want to leave!!

Front Row Center AMAZING!

Everything we needed for our family vacation of 3 kiddos, 1 teen, 10 adults, and our two fur babies. Loved the convenience of two refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers and of course, the elevator for luggage & groceries. The stocked kitchen was perfect for our nightly cooking dinners of fresh seafood. Thanks for an amazing week at Front Row Center!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at several homes over the years on SGI and Front Row Center is absolutely the most beautiful and well planned home we have ever stayed in!It had everything you could imagine, from the kitchen to the pool to the beach! And, the nicest touch was a tote bag filled with wonderful welcoming gifts. Unfortunately, one of the family members put it on the floor, thinking it was someone else’s tote and we did not discover the gifts until we were leaving and nobody claimed the tote. What a lovely thing to do, but please be sure and use it when you arrive.It was so nice to be able to utilize the pool or walk a few steps to the beach!The grandkids and adults enjoyed watching the dolphins play in the Gulf from the family room!As other people have mentioned in previous reviews, beware of the low hanging ceiling by the pool. One member of our group hit his head pretty hard. Thankfully, he was OK. Maybe some padding could help prevent this happening in the future.This house is perfect for families or couples!Highly recommended!

But the real gem is the Kitchen and living area. Very large and the most well stocked kitchen of any home rental I have ever experienced. They even provide you with a spice package for cooking, towels and sunscreen for the beach and beach chairs your whole crew can use. We had a professional chef come in to cook a special dinner and even he complimented the Kitchen! For outdoor fun...the beach is right out your back door and the pool is perfect for a cool dip in the late afternoon. We would definitely come back again!!

Neither dishwasher got our dishes clean and we spent hours rewashing dishes and silverware. Otherwise it is a lovely, comfortable, well appointed property. The elevator was helpful in transporting luggage, groceries, etc. The many large windows give panoramic views of the gulf. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked which made it easier to cook for our crowd. A great property but I hope the owners install better dishwashers—no one wants to spend vacation time washing dishes!
