Welcome to our Modern Studio at Yacht Club Villas!  This building is located on the Intracoastal Waterway directly across from Barefoot Landing. Our villa is in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, with world class golfing right in Barefoot Resort and fantastic dining options - among the best in the area - right nearby in Barefoot Landing and Restaurant Row.  



If you want and enjoyable stay with the largest pool in the whole area and all the area`s best attractions and restaurants at your doorstep, then this is the vacation destination you`ve been waiting for!  



From live music & concerts, to great restaurants and shopping, world class golfing, family attractions galore, and nightlife, trust us when we say `This is It!`  The beach is only 1 mile away, and there is plenty of parking.  



Uber, Lyft, and Taxis are also fast and affordable!



Our modern studio has classic South Beach Miami vibes with funky tropical decor.  Enjoy luxury bedding and relax in style watching our Smart TV.  It features both full cable channels, a guide, and also apps to watch your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and more!



Our bistro area has a Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator with separate fridge, ice bucket, and a microwave.  There are glasses for coffee, wine, and drinks, and utensils as well for your convenience. There is an ice machine on the third floor (free use) and it is available year round except in winter.



PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A FULL CONDO.  THIS IS A FULLY PRIVATE STUDIO WITH ITS OWN ENTRANCE.

Our Jungle Studio does NOT have a living room, sofa, full kitchen, balcony, or washer/dryer.

Our modern studio is perfectly centered in town, right where North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach come together! Barefoot Landing is just across the waterway, the beach is only 1 mile away, and there are hundreds of restaurants and shops nearby.  From casual seafood, that perfect cheeseburger in paradise, or fine dining, you have it all at your fingertips, including Restaurant Row just down the street.



Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, and endless beach and boutique stores are close to our home.  You can shop til you drop!  Barefoot Resort provides four championship golf courses, and the marina offers beautful views from our massive pool.  



Couples and friends alike will enjoy all of the attractions on offer!  Take a ride on the waterway, catch a show or concert, take the kids for a day of their dreams, attend a festival, go to the beautiful beach, or simply relax and the amazing pool downstairs on the waterway!

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the on-site amenities including waterfront pool, hot tub, and grill. Kindly note this is a 1 room suite. There is no kitchen or living room. While the building is on the waterway, there is not a view of the waterway from this room.



**Important to know**

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*This unit is located on the 6th floor, villa 1.

*Barefoot shuttle runs weekends only the following dates in 2026: April 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26 May 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24 and 25. The shuttle will run 7 days a week from June 1st-September 6th, 2026. The full schedule can be found in our listing photos.

*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Grills located by pool.

*No washer/dryer available.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*One parking pass provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Keurig maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer may require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.



Carolina Palm Policies:

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Top rated location and free parking on site. Taxis and Uber are also readily available with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.



House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.



1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

7. No Pets Allowed (includes therapy pets). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
